I'll give a NEGATIVE STAR ..Unfortunately I'll be closing my account like the 9 others of my family I was really trying to keep this account. if I had a negative star I would give it. It could be a good bank but is very behind on technology, Zelle doesn't exist. And every problem you might have with trying to reset something calling is worthless, ATM is broken most of the time and there's only 1. The ONLY good thing with this bank is..it doesn't charge for monthly use fee like other banks do. But I think I'll rather pay and have access to civilisation and some technology that's provided by other banks. Sorry bank I gave it a try.

This bank operates like a third world country where technology hasn't reached....this bank NEEDS some serious technology investment. There's one 1 Atm and if its broken....there's nothing you can do, expired debit cards are not automatically sent to you...in order to speak to SOMEONE is easier to get in touch with UFO before you can speak to even a machine...the selections are very poor and the online banking is also has very poor selections. I wanted to do my mortgage and auto with them and decided to just go somewhere else because it was SO difficult for someone to call me back, it feels like if they don't want your money .....maybe that's why they're small....they'll be always small and mediocre if they don't address observations from the other side. ...I hope they do! In the meantime I'll be closing my account because its useless, I couldn't use it during the hurricane because it got locked and I couldn't reach a human being on the phone to unlock my card....In response to the replied message: no, I Never got a renewal card in the mail. The branch on wall Blvd only has 1 Atm (that was broken at the time I needed to use ) and the one on west bank expressway (was broken as well )....as a customer perspective , no.. those were my only specific concerns and circumstances, hope this is taken as constructive criticism to improve future performances and deficiencies...

Would give 0 stars if I could! Hurricane passed two days ago and I am still unable to access MY money! This is ridiculous! How am I supposed to get what I need at a time like this!?

Went there to reset my pin on my debit card and the teller gives me a fraud number to call! When I realized what was happening and called her out on it. Manager finally comes over to assist me. The manager then realizes she gave me a fraud number. Beyond furious with this branch. Took all my money out and will be seeking further action. She needs to be terminated immediately.

I'm truly not happy with my recent experience. I pulled up to drive through and the teller refused to serve me because I didn't have any deposit slips. No one was in line but me and it was raining. I had to get out of my car in the rain. If this is the new policy, I think I'll change banks. What bank has a policy like this? Not even major national banks. Horrible!!!!!!!!!

i love this place. The staff members are always professional and nice, just over all awesome people!
