I went to lab Corp to do a drug test and was told I had to take my head scarf off. I did not feel comfortable taking my head scarf off in the opening. I showed the lab worker that there was nothing in my scarf and that I did not feel comfortable taking it off because of my alopecia. I was willing to even use to restroom with the door open. The worker was very rude her exact words were, “you can either take it off or not do the drug test”. I told her no I was not taking my scarf off I’ll come back. Today I went back I gave the lady at the front desk my paper work and sat in the waiting room for 15 mins then they decided to tell me they put refused. Why didn’t you bother telling me that when you looked my paper work up? The worker was completely wrong, her intentions were not pure and she put refused on purpose because she knew it was for a job.

This location charged me for test they never performed. They never answer the phones. I had to call the company patient service number to verify that the test was not performed after waiting 8 days. Will not be using them in the future.

If you want a massive headache and want to sit for an hour or better this is the place to be. I have never seen such confusion just to get blood work. I hope to never have to come here again. Thanks Louisiana State OGB for forcing your policy holders here

Labcorp at 120 Ochsner Blvd is well organized, very friendly, very helpful, minimal waiting time, nurse knows how to draw blood without causing any hurt. Good job. Thank you.

When I went in for a blood test it wasn't busy at all. I was a walk-in. Not sure if this was due to covid or not. They were able to take care of me and my hard to get veins easily. Will definitely come here again if needed.

Poor customer service! Front desk girl rushed me every step of the way with an impatient attitude, then made a sly comment to me because I couldn't go before they were closing. I needed this done for a job, bad experience going here.

Make sure u call ahead of time. I came at 1:30 when it says it's open from 1:00-3:30 and their was a sign "out to lunch will return @2:10", i was approached by an unfriendly staff who said "didn't your read the sign? And was kicked out of the waiting room. Now I'm sitting on the floor outside of the door waiting for the staff's assigned time to go to lunch. They definitely need to learn professionalism and courtesy to their patients.

Service slow. Computer speed slow. Receptionist slow. Schedule an appointment, not called at time scheduled. Call based on arrival. What is point of scheduling?

Scheduled an appointment for a drug test a few hours ahead of time. I drove 25 min to get there. They didn't bother to tell me they weren't doing drug tests that day (due to plumbing problems) until I got there. Always call ahead and confirm they are testing regardless of an appointment or not. They clearly aren't organized enough to keep you informed.

My daughter had my insurance card, so at first the girl at the counter told me I could not get my blood work done. But Sheila A came all the way to the door to bring me back in and came up with ideas to get a copy of the card. So I was able to complete my blood work!!!!Thanks!!!!
