There is one of the employees with red hair that was no help. Asked to get my phone service transferred to a different phone and they handed me a sticky note. I’ve been to several metro stores where they transferred service no problem and threw in a free case. Poor customer service. Worked in this line of work and it’s pretty simple to keep the customer happy.

Upgraded to a new phone and the lady helping me out told me they do not give free stuff when I asked about a free case. Every other store I have used has always included a free case when I upgrade(about twice a year). After paying she then tells me she will give me a free screen protector but of course they're currently out. I recommend going to one of the other Metro Stores

Had been there once, after trying a different store that didn't even open. There was only 2 people, and the one that helped me was a young lady. She was nice, and helped me get a new sim for my phone. Was quick and I was in and out in less than 15 min

The guy gave me the $60 plan and insurance tho I asked for the $50 plan and no insurance. He told me I had get what he gave me and call customer service for assistance. Wow dude really played on me.

Only gave it one star because none isn't an option. Horrible customer service. Arrived 15-20 minutes prior to close and was told I could not be helped as they've already closed out their register. Oh and it was lit up with the open sign and all. The juveniles they have working there then laughed at me as I was trying to find another location open. I would highly recommend a different phone company all together. It's always a problem with this company.
