Ms. Jan has got to be the BEST employee this particular location has EVER had!!! I've had a storage unit with this location for over a decade and Ms. Jan and her boss, Ms. Kristen, have been amazing to me!!! Both of them are extremely professional and I am extremely grateful for that!!! Sometimes, I feel like Ms. Jan cares for my unit and my things inside of it more than I do. lol!!! Why??? Because if I am ever late making a payment, Ms. Jan will give me a phone call in a heartbeat to make sure that I am ok and to make me aware of what is going on. Ms. Jan is ALWAYS friendly and super professional over the phone and in person!!! I love hearing her voice!!! ? Get a unit at this (Gretna) location and you won't regret it at all. Make sure it's the Belle Chasse Highway location in Gretna though!!!

This was my first experience using a storage. Choosing Public Storage Gretna is the best decision I made everything is so convenient nice environment and well organized! the staff is extra nice and reliable they answer all your questions!
