I wish I could give zero stars! Horrible, liars & very unprofessional. Front desk staff must have been trained to lie. She lies with a straight face and will hang up. Never able to speak with management. My car sat for 5 months from May -September 2023 temporarily fix. I received black & white 3 parts was on back order. As of today February 2024 staff stated they can’t get the parts after being paid by insurance company for parts and labor. It’s now February 2024 no parts and my steering wheel still expose. I’m unable to drive my vehicle comfortably due to high demand of theft with KIA. What ever you do please don’t send your vehicle here. THEY ARE TRAIN TO LIE.

Don't use this place. Just don't. My car was here for over a month for exterior damage to the rear door. The last time I called for an update, they told me it was in detail. When I picked it up, the door they fixed didn't shut (was misaligned - y'all had it for a month) AND there was new damage to the interior of my car. My dashboard knobs and steering wheel buttons were flaking/chipping to the touch. I ironically had a photo taken just before I dropped it off that showed the dashboard in the background and everything was in perfect condition (my car is not even 3 years old). Thank God, because they took no responsibility. I went back to ask about this and was told "the inside was not touched." I asked to speak to a manager and they told me to come back Monday when he'd be there. I went back Monday and was told they spoke to the manager already and there was nothing they could do as it was a "factory issue." Well, my brother details my car (a real detail) often and this has never happened. It just so happened while WITH THEM. Then they tried to tell me it was from sitting in the sun. My car is in the sun every day LOL? I insisted on speaking to the manager myself but was only allowed me to speak to the Quality Control lady, Rachel. She assured me they DID clean the inside (which I knew from our last phone call update, I'm not dumb!) and must have used something that damaged the interior. She apologized no one was taking responsibility before. She told me she'd order replacement parts and would call me to schedule putting them in and fixing the door at the same time. Called back a week later, she told me she was still working on it but asked me to text pics of the interior. Texted her for an update, she said she's now gone on leave & I'll have to contact Nick for help (the person who originally argued me to death that "no one touched the inside"). 3 months later, I have a car door that has to be slammed shut and a chipped up dashboard & steering wheel buttons.

Attempted to drop off my auto for collision repair on 1/9/2024 with Geico Certified Estimate in hand. The receptionist was not very friendly. She stated they would not accept & I would have to have an appointment to drop it off. The earliest I could drop it off would be next week. She went on to state when I returned I would have to pay the deductible when dropped off & if paid with a credit card it would be an additional 3.5% charge. I noticed there were very few cars in the parking lot & no service reps in their offices. I'm not paying a 3.5% additional credit card charge & definitely not paying in advance before services are rendered. My car has been repaired there several times in the past & received excellent service, however something has definitely changed. This is supposed to be a professional organization. They will never have my business again.

Just look at any of the one star ratings and every single one of those customers is absolutely correct. Don't even think about bringing your vehicle here for any type of service or quality service or customer service. Wyatt is supposedly the head manager or general manager of this location and he never takes phone calls he's always in meetings or out of the office for the day. When I finally picked up my vehicle after 48 days I found a scratch on the front bumper that was not part of the accident and of course they denied it and when I asked to speak to the manager Wyatt once again he was in a meeting and not available. If the CEO of the company reads these reviews they should go into that location and clean house. Wyatt does not deserve a job that he cannot fulfill he's the most inadequate general manager I've ever seen. Their reviews for the last couple of years pretty much carbon copy what I'm saying.

I Called on 12-1-2023 to see if I could driveOver to ray brandt Westbank to get an estimate for some scratches on my truck. The receptionist said they only do appointments and only do insurance estimate appointments at the beginning of the month. If you are a cash paying customer you will have to wait until the end of the month for an appointment for an estimate. Hold on…..isn’t cash faster and easier than filing an insurance claim. Sounds ignorant to me. ??

Clarence Stokes 2015 Chrysler 200 I read a lot of great reviews that Ray Brandt received. I which that could have received such service. My car came to Ray Brandt on July 18th. I received a number of completion dates. One was today October 3rd.

NEVER EVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! I gave them my car on July 3rd and I’m writing this review on August 18th and I still don’t have it back! They have given us false hope multiple times saying that it’ll be ready on a certain date and keep pushing the date back. Their customer service is horrible, they’re liars, and they will screw you over. Do not bring your business here.Service: Painting

Would give zero stars if I could. I brought my car here on July 3rd. It's August 18th today and I STILL don't have my car back. They have given me false hope multiple times by saying my car will be ready on a certain date, and it never is! They give excuse after excuse (mechanic on vacation, mechanic out for COVID, need to order part, need to wait for paint to dry) and at this point I'm convinced they're all lies. These people are liars!! DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE.

IF YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY TELLS YOU TO TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, SAY NO! It is your legal right to choose your own repair shop.And every single day I wish I had said no. Do not deal with them for any reason. Absolutely awful. Truly terrible.There are bad companies. There are horribly bad companies. There are bottom of the barrel - avoid at all costs companies. And then there is Ray Brandt Collision Center.There are no positives for dealing with this company. No benefit. No upside. And nothing that could possibly be considered a good thing. You are better off driving to a car parts shop and putting up a cardboard sign saying you are looking for someone to work.The phones go unanswered. They will place you on hold for 20 minutes before kicking you to an answering machine. The messages do not get returned. When you finally do get to talk to someone, every single word out of their mouths is a lie. "We just got the part it will just be another week." I heard that for two months.This company is so awful I am considering legal action.

Disgusting. Unprofessional, disrespectful liars who shouldn’t be on State Farms select list. Emil is a cocky bully who could care less about you. Go ANYWHERE else. Going on2 1/2 months to fix a bumper. Passed by Combells today, and they took it the same day. Ray Brand and it’s Employees are a joke.

If I could give this place a negative rating I would give it the lowest I could… my car went to them months ago because of a fender bender, they replaced my radiator incorrectly where once I got it back it was not even fastened in correctly and dislodged while I was driving in the GNO and tore into everything else.. they acted like it was no big deal and patched it up for the second time my car started making the same noises as before and I called several time as did my husband to notify them to see what we could do no one answered or responded my car broke down on me again and it’s because there is a radiator leak and my car over heated I really do not trust these people because when they mess up on a car they try to weasel their way out and act as if it’s the drivers fault if my coke comes back and isn’t done right I’m definitely looking in to a lawyerServices: Transmission

Ray Brandt took months to fix my car, and they said it would not take longer than a couple of weeks initially. They kept saying that it would be complete within a week, and this lasted for many weeks. I inquired about a loaner car and they never could give or rent me one.

My car has been in the shop for over three months and I still haven't received it. The only piece missing was a small bracket to sustain the rear hatch sensor. They have not found the part anywhere and I'm still waiting for the repairs on my vehicle to be finished.

The worst auto place I have ever dealt with. Disorganized, dishonest, and terrible follow -up and communication. Further they did substandard work on my car which had to be re-repaired. Their frequent turn over of employees led to promises being broken, messages not delivered and emails that went unanswered. I recommend staying away from Ray brandt collision center (elmwood). When I finally picked up my car the battery was dead and it had been left out in rain with the door open.
