Never in my little 20 years of life did I ever experience such blissful ignorance, hate and haughtiness like I have from these two elderly women. Branch Manager named Angelique and teller Chassidy. As a young lady in college on the dance team with a brighter future, I simply arrived to work with a smile and greetings to do a job I love. Only to be despised and harassed with unprovoked condescending aggression from these two. I was told to leave once I would not be a doormat for their own internalized self hate. I was also followed to the door with grade level immature remarks, again unprovoked. I took a photos of them because I felt for my safety at this point. Any young lady choosing to work here you can do much better. They are extremely bitter. They also talk poorly about costumers as soon as they leave. Their positions absolutely need reconsidering. As I gracefully age decades later I pray to remain a sweet lady and not project years of feelings of failure and inadequacy onto other young women such as these two elderly women have.

Always get a really hard time here at this location. They find ways to not help you deposit/ withdraw. Very rude cashier/manager

On a rare in lobby bank visit, I received exceptional customer service, which is notable & appreciated in an era when many other banks have moved to online only. Everyone was pleasant, professional and the service was outstanding! The Branch Manager actually assisted me with several functions and was an absolute professional & pleasure to work with, and was an excellent representative for the bank, & role model for the team. I’m a 25 year customer & the Mgr even thanked me for same! Routine errand turned into pleasant visit! Great work!

I am not the sharpest cookie so I was thrilled with the exceptional service I received. The key to my experience was how informative my recent visit was. instead of feeling rushed I felt welcomed. After all, I could use any bank so thank you for making me feel like a person and not a number.

Tara was rude, she doesn’t even greet you. I needed to withdraw money form MY ACCOUNT this lady is asking me if I have the paper I opened the account with, and ssn? I left to go home and get what she asked for, but decided to go to the branch on Manhattan blvd. Turns out I didn’t even need any of that, Guess what TARA.... I got MY money and no questions asked!?I’m still confused at why this lady didn’t want to give me my own money!.

This is the best branch to assist you with any issues. The branch manager is professional, knowledgeable of services and products and offer the best solution to your issues. I appreciate their efforts is educating customers about scammers efforts via emails or texting. Keep up the awesome job.

Completely empty, lady at her desk was doing looking up videos on YouTube. I asked for help with my account. Told me she couldn’t do anything for me. I told her I just walked 20 minutes to get here. She said oh well. Horrible horrible customer service!

Recently opened a buisness account, was not impressed with service..... at all. Went in spoke to one representative and was told I needed Articles of Incorporation from state. I went and ordered the Articles and went back. I spoke to another representative and was told that I didn't need Articles of Incorporation but they would pull up my profile with Secretary of State. She pulled up my profile and then started talking in circles. I had to asked pointed questions to find out I was active but not in good standing. She was going all around the bush. I went updated my profile came back in, she told me to wait until she finished phone call. Then she insisted on telling me that it may take some time to update, when I clearly stated the site updates immediately. This transaction time could have been cut in half.

A very rude, racist woman named Katie works at this location and I don't think she knows how to do her job which is alarming considering she is a manager. If you are an African American, I would suggest you ask for a fellow African American to assist you and avoid this woman at all costs.

We spoke to three people. They were all extremely friendly and talkative. Great personalities. That really makes all the difference when I am running errands. Being forced to deal with rude bank people makes running errands worse. Pleased to be a customer.
