Bought a handgun for $250 online, 3 days later I got informed that I can come pick up at 2pm next day, to get there fill out paperwork for background, and left without order after being told I would be able to pick up on 14th. 20 minutes after I left, I received a call saying my background wasn't good, that I had to still be charged, so instead of my $250, I received $193, refund with NO PURCHASE. They are highway robbery to your pockets whether your purchase confirms or NOT!! I RECOMMEND NOT ORDERING ONLINE FROM THEM!! THANK ME LATER!!

Great small gun shop. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. They get some unique guns here. I have bought a few from them. They also changed the sights on one of my glocks and the turn around was very fast.

Super friendly but never have stock. I have been there 3 times in a month but they blame the pandemic about stock. When I asked them about another gun store they started talking trash on it and I hadn't seen it yet. As I am new it set my expectations low for the next place and I was blown away by it. This place showed extremely poor business ethics, and if I wanted to hear trash talk without solutions to fix their own problems I would turn on the news. Needless to say I spent my money at the place that shoot wise trash talked. After I went to gretna guns, I was shown that they were not over priced and gretna guns even gave nothing but positive word of shoot wise. That's the kind of business men and women I want to give my money to. (To shoot wise, don't talk down about your competition and maybe improve what you have and maybe you will get more business)

No fuss, no mess. I went in and ordered exactly what I wanted. Mr. Don helped me out, he was very knowledgeable and easy to get along with. I wound up hanging out, drinking a cup of coffee, and shooting the breeze *no pun intended* I couldn't ask for better customer service. I will be buying all of my future firearms and accessories through Shoot Wise from now on. I am proud to support this local business.

I'd recently purchased a new rifle and, while removing the small, slotted-head screws (plugs) atop the receiver in order to mount a scope, I had the slot strip out. My bad, and it was buggered up to a fare-thee-well. Not having the necessary tools or experience to remove such a small screw with the slot nearly gone, I started calling around looking for a gunsmith to help out. That's when I found Shoot Wise and Ryan (the gunsmith).

I would not recommend going to this gun shop. I have been there three different times and had three different experiences. One of my experiences was pleasant. The last time that I want to the store I had an encounter with a Younger employee. There was other customers in the store looking around evidently they were his friends. The employee tried to correct me on some facts about a firearm then he rattled off some complete baloney. I was not a regular customer. I have only purchased one fire arm from the store. But now I wish I would've spent my $1,100 somewhere else.

Not having the necessary tools or experience to remove such a small screw with the slot nearly gone, I started calling around looking for a gunsmith to help out. That's when I found Shoot Wise and Ryan (the gunsmith). I told him the problem and asked if I could bring it by. He said that first thing the next morning would be fine. I arrived shortly after the shop had opened and Ryan examined the rifle, told me he'd get the screw out and I'd have it back within a day or two. He was knowledgeable, polite, professional, and took the time to talk with me about the rifle. I left feeling good. Never made it home. Ryan called me about 30 minutes later, told me he had removed the screw, that the rifle was ready, and said that the price he'd quoted me (half what I'd been quoted elsewhere) was still good. When I picked up the rifle, there wasn't the slightest evidence that there'd been a problem and he explained the steps he'd taken to get the job done. Will I go back? Do I recommend Shoot Wise? Does the Pope wear funny hats? Is a duck's butt watertight? The only reason I don't give them six stars is that this site only lets me give five. Thanks Ryan, and thank you Shoot Wise.
