Don't one person in this location he's terrible tall guy long beard. Called the warranty the sent me a new one went there to pick it up he told me does water damage. I was like Sr can you please prove me it got wet,he's answered was I don't have to. The screen is very clear everything works well just didn't charge..this animal needs to remove in duty.

Some of the employees seem incompetent. I paid cash full rice for an iPhone 12, was assisted by the Marien the manager. For almost two weeks I could not make any phone calls. I immediately contacted customer service the day after purchasing the phone. They set up a time for a technician to call me, that never happened. I went back to the store and explained my situation to one of the female reps who always wear a hat, I didn’t get her name. She asked me who sold the phone and I told her Marien sold me the phone. She said Marien should never have sold me the phone the way she did. Turns out Marien didn’t activate the SIM card. The female rep with the hat said she couldn’t do anything because Marien the manager was not in and “a manager has to override it.” What a load of bs. I left and returned a few days later. This time I spoke to Zoe who assisted me without said manager “overriding it.” Terrible experience. Would not recommend.P. S. I did not check the phone before leaving the store because I was in a rush to get to the bank before they closed.

Been here since 11am waiting for the store to open. Its now 1140am. Then finally someone shows up and just stands inside talking on there cell. Hours say 11am to 6pm but of course rude and unprofessional at it's finest. The website said it was open at 11am. So why post 11am and tell me 12

This was my go to store until my last visit. They told me Manhattan store was the only one that had the tech to fix my issue. Apparently this was such a good joke Manhattan staff asked me to tell them again what Oakwood said. At least Manhattan was extremely helpful, but definitely never coming back here.

Would give 0 star if I could. Most unprofessional non-helpful chick there. She doesn't want to even get on a computer to look at someone's account to help them with a problem.
