This morning 6/10/23 I call this place once (8:38am CST) to ask about a test that they administered. The receptionist told me that it was two types (Personal and Legal). I asked information about the Legal and the difference, she didn't know anything and for me to call back Monday 6/12/23.I was startled for a moment, I'm sure if a person ask question, being giving the proper doc information and training this Receptionist could answer questions. I didn't even get a proper salutation when the phone was answered. The information i was seeking it's not on the website so i had to call.After about 10 mins passed (8:48am CST) 3 times I attempted to call back with another question and the receptionist kept forwarding my calls...Why is this really when it's a 24hr service? No, the line wasn't busy because she did pick up. I just wanted information because the website don't give any...now you call... the receptionist cant answers questions and forward your call.(I-101 ) when able to help -I will... return to my references- I can... or Find someone who is able- I knowMake it make sense. Visited The Drug Testing Place last month per my employment. This was a professional expedited experience fitting me in at a time that coordinated with my busy schedule. Test results were delivered as my employer antisipated.

Absolutely wonderful local owned business to deal with "hard to find a business like this these days". Urgently needed multiple personnel drug screened in the middle of the night and man did The Drug Testing Place step up to the plate. Super efficient, fare prices and easy to deal with, as their expertise in this field is unmatched.

I have taken a lot of drug test for work and DTP is by far the cleanest and most friendliest place I've ever been. They are quick and efficient and can help with any questions you have. It's the only place I will go.
