They are the worst place in the world. My mother wanted to get the floors done at the house. We went there to see what floors we wanted. They delivered the planks and never came back. The planks have been sitting on the carport for a month. Prior to that they lost the measurements to the floors 3 times. They sold my mother a Asbestos kit for 10 dollars for what is my question. We have been living in this house 49 years. Never had No Asdestos in it. Personally I think they don’t wanna do the job. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend them to anyone because they SUCK!!!!

Hubby and I are on Housing Project 100 . Lol . We was Served with Excellence as Always . The Store Manager Chris is always visible and there to help Customers and Employees . Kip and Alyssa was professional, informative and willing to help Customers. Thank you all for your great services.

The one and only employee here who can cut wood keeps disappearing and absolutely doesn't want to help. Every time I find him, he's just standing around and tells me he has to do one last thing before he can help. He's not doing anything but hiding. You guys need to fire that POS.

This place is a joke! Multiple employees walking around doing nothing, we finally get someone’s attention and think they will help us load up fence boards the guy literally cuts the straps on the boards and walks away. Lazy employees to say the least!!

This place has got to be the worst home depot ive ever been to. The cashiers are rude and very not helpful. I asked for a manager and was refused. Left two cart full at the register and walked out. Go to Lowe's.

don't buy anything from home depot online. You will not be able to return it to the store- REGARDLESS OF WHAT THEIR ONLINE RETURN POLICY STATES. They will insist that "someone" has to pick it up from the delivery location. However, no one ever schedules and no one knows anything. But your card will still be charged. We are stuck with an $850 damaged item that Home Depot will not take of. BUYER BEWARE.

It's my Home Depot. I know where everything is, so lack of employees just doesn't effect me or my shopping. The paint people are always there and the guy that hovers around the tools, the garden people are there too. Men still give me dirty looks like I shouldn't be in there, but I just bulldooze my way in. I'm hip enough to utilize the app while in store to help me find items. For what i need on a regular basis this location is easy. If I want a broader selection of construction items (doors, etc), I'll pop over to the Central City location. You can find me in Paint or Garden once a week for certain.

My wife had to go pick up bricks for a project while I was working at the house on the landscaping. Mr Erwin helped her load the bricks in her vehicle after the others did now show up for 40 minutes. Mr Erwin was a life saver! We appreciate him a bunch!

I went to the Stumph Boulevard Home Depot in Gretna, LA, today, 03MAY21. NOT a good Home Depot shopping day! I left frustrated, without what I wanted, or even knowing if they have it or not. First of all HD is still requiring wearing masks in spit of the fact the face mask requirement has been rescinded and science has shown the wearing of face masks does not provide safety. Second, the customer service woman had me waste over 15 minutes as she walked around the front of the store sweeping & talking to other employees and then trying to locate in the computer what I wanted, GOOP, AKA: Amazing GOOP & Automotive GOOP, which is a flexible contact adhesive. She could find it in one area of her computer but not in the important area, where it is located in the store. I left CS not knowing if HD carried GOOP. On a chance, I saw a middle aged male employee & asked him. He was both knowledgeable & helpful. He told me if HD had it, it would be in the paint section, knew where to look, but unfortunately we could not find it. I went to Walmart to buy it, still not knowing if HD had GOOP. The checkout woman was being gabby & not doing her job.

I wanted to give a review and say I really appreciate Mr. Al in hardware @ the WB Home Depot Gretna location. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with helping me finding the right hardware I needed! Anyone who needs something, go see Al in hardware! HD upper management that reviews this, please give Al a raise or employee of the month/year!

Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!! placed an order. They shipped the wrong item. Item worth over 400$. Home Depot telling me to pay another 80$ to get it ship back! Why should I pay an extra 80$ to get it picked up and ship back to Home Depot when y’all deliver the wrong item!!! Then another 80$ to get my “correct item” shipped ! That’s 80 times 3 for shipping !!! That’s wrong ! Called the store where I placed the item. NO ONE CAN HELP! ALWAYS AN EXCUSE WHY THEY CAN’T FIND MANAGER. MANGER BUSY. MANGER EATING. I KNOW YALL GOT MORE THAN 1 MANAGER WHO CAN ACTUALLY HELP! Went to the store location. NO ONE CAN help. Manager no where to be found. #gretnalocationsucks #kennerlocationsucks gretna location can’t help. Kenner location can’t help. Corporate can’t help! Who can!!!!!
