This place is going down. There’s only 2 prewash sections that are inconveniently located near the long line of cars to enter the payment area. Then worst of all, there are very few working vacuums. There’s only one side with maybe 4-5 working vacuums and you have to wait a long while to use one, because after people use the vacuum they stay in that spot to clean their interior, etc. Don’t waste your hard earned money or time.Services: Vacuuming

Closed during business hours often. When they are open dont waste your time. No soap 3 days in a row now. Jets and brushes "sometimes" work. When asked, the employees will just tell you the company bought the car wash with all the problems. When asked about the soap they told me it's being ordered. I pay for 2 month memberships ($80). It's not worth it when you're only getting a rinse. ?♀️

This is usually my favorite Take 5 in the city, but today there was no soap in the carwash. We spoke to two different attendants about it, and the one told us they've known about it for a week. She asked if we were members, which we are, and then just shrugged her shoulders. With the beautiful weather, there was quite a line of people waiting to wash their cars. As we vacuumed our car, we spoke to one person ahead of us and two who went through after, and all three had paid for their wash with no soap. All of them said they hadn't been informed there was no soap. We had to hit another Take 5 to get the car clean, which took time and gas, but at least we hadn't shelled out for the water only wash! Take 5, at least inform people of the issue BEFORE they sit in line and pay...maybe put up a sign or have a quick conversation as you take the people's money?!

Extremely overpriced for a carwash. Service is terrible. Not enough bug removal stations. Tropical car wash was way better.

This specific location is absolute garbage. Management is non-existent, wash is half broken (without soap and half the jets are clogged or broken), only about a third of the vacuums even have hoses and those feel clogged and barely work, the computer is broken all the time, and other local Take 5 Carwashes won't even honor their members. The employees are lazy and lethargic. All and all, worst car wash I've ever been to. It used to be quality under previous management. Now it's trash. Cancelled my membership.

I had two cars on a family plan. Over and over we had problems from billing to car wash access. My wife’s car was canceled on my family plan. I had to pay 39.99 to get it put back on the family plan ( which is 20.00 per car per month ). In addition the plastic parts on my car that are painted from the factory are now fading to to the chemicals in the car wash. We continue to use the car wash but due understand the hidden cost involved

One of the worst car washes I've ever been to. My car wasn't filthy, just needed a little lovins from traveling and after spending $20, my car looks no better than before. I've been here before with another customer where an employee ran a scrub brush on the front and back of the vehicle; did not receive that. The vacuums are a joke. Didnt pick up anything. Will not be coming back.

The Manhattan and Lafayette locations are great! However I won't go to the Lapalco location by AUTO Zone because they don't have wax and when I used it last, the car looked worse then before I used the automated car wash. Because of Lapalco only 4 stars.Services: Vacuuming

The service was horrific. The level of unprofessionalism was at a negative 0 I attempt to use 5 different vacuums none of them was working when I asked for a manager the person who was directing the cars refused to call the manager….a lady walked out I asked if she was the manager she muttered saying yes I told her I tried to use 5 vacuums none of them was working she looked at me and said nothing I was heated I pay $40 dollars a month with no issues so I should not have been treated that way. I had to ask for tire shine why was was that. I will cancel my membership immediately it was 106 degrees outside that day for that kind of disrespect. There weren’t any towels glass and interior cleaner either I had to use towel form the customer next to me all of that was unacceptable no matter how you look at it.Services: Auto detailing

Tire shine never works on one side and they never have any extra available anymore. A lot of the vacuums do not pull strong. One positive thing is they brought back the buckets to let you take off the bugs. Overall it’s a 1 1/2 star carwash.Service: Auto detailing

I love this new location (Manhattan). It's more convenient for me.The employees are very nice and helpful. Having a membership is the greatest thing.

The car wash is ok I have a membership and I was not pleased about not getting no tire shine on my tires. Also the pre scrub buckets have barely no soap just water. The vacuum cleaners have a few that barely have any suction. Other than that the car wash itself cleans the vehicles pretty good.

You all need to bring back the water containers with the soapy substance in the water and the long handle brushes. Soapy containers gave customers an opportunity to clean the areas of the vehicle car wash doesn’t do a great job when cleaning the lower parts of the sides of the car and the automatic brushes doesn’t do a good remove the bugs from the grill of the vehicle. We love the window, interior cleaning and hand held towels that are supplied after going through the automated car wash. Took my car to go through the car wash after purchasing a pass. The wash didn’t clean my car at all, but it did chip some of my paint of my car I just bought. I have tried to cancel my service 4 to 5 times sending emails and the still charging me even thought I went through the proper Channel to cancel. I have called the number several times to speak with someone to let them know about the chipped paint and me trying yo cancel but no one ever answers the phone.

Please update your website features. I am a car wash customer, and my most recent visit to a location on Belle Chasse hwy was for an oil change. The manager was the tech that completed the services to my vehicle. He was very pleasant and professional. His pleasant services and attitude made me look within to want to be a better person. He was amazing. Thank you, I hope you do what it takes to keep him employed with your company for a long time.
