The worst service ever. First, they kept hanging up the phone on me. Then I went there to their lobby in person and called them on the phone and watch them hang up! no class at all. i’m only giving him a one star because it won’t go any lower.

I'm not a regular customer BUT I've never had a bad experience with U-Haul & I've been using them exclusively since the 70's in New Orleans, Gretna & Metairie, Louisiana.

Worst experience so far with U-Haul. I reserved a utility trailer and once we hooked the trailer up to do the tow inspection turns out that the trailers lights didn't work. I had to cancel because they don't know how to properly check their equipment for rentals.

The truck that I rented served its purpose. The process was smooth.BUT the Front desk agents: 1/10. I did not feel welcomed. It’s not about the product, but the service. Very disappointing.

U-Haul at Oakwood installed the Trailer hitch package on my truck which includes the trailer hitch, ball, pin, and wiring. The whole thing took three hours. A week later I am at a different U-Haul hooking up a trailer in another state, when I find out that the trailer wiring was done wrong. Very disappointed because there was nothing I could do except buy a new part. I called the location and was told they would not refund unless I brought the wires back to the same store location, which I explained was not possible in the middle of a move.So if you get the wiring installed there make sure they check it in front of you before you leave.

Worst customer service ever. I've been calling for 45 minutes to add to our pre-existing reservation but the staff keeps putting me on hold and forgetting about it. They're rather cold and unprofessional as well... I get that it's Friday buy come on.
