“If you’re from or visiting New Orleans this is definitely the place to go! They have an amazing selection and great customer service. Shoutout to Mo the other day for helping me out I really appreciate it ! ??”
“This shop is clean and well taken care of! The customer service is phenomenal! Always fast and efficient! Sheree is such a delight and always makes sure the customers feel welcomed and appreciated! Thank you so much!”
“This guy named Beau really helped me alot! I had to really piss bad but I had no hands so he offered to hold it and even tug a lil so I'd come back for the full thing! I'm so glad this place had employees like him ???”
“Fast, friendly service. Knowledgeable staff is very helpful in making your choice. WARNING: Vapes contain nicotine, a highly addictive substance. Don't start if you can help yourself! Quitting is difficult.”
“We adore AJ, he has all kinds of cool things in his shop! It's clean, organized and he's a great guy. Go check it out !
- Ash & Chris from Georgia”
“Stopped by this record store recently and was really impressed with the selection. They had a huge variety of albums, T-shirts, and smoking accessories, so there was plenty to browse no matter what you’re into. While some of the prices were a little higher than I expected, the quality and selection made up for it. The biggest highlight was the customer service—the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They took the time to answer questions and made the experience enjoyable. Overall, a great place to shop, and I’d definitely visit again.”
“Best smoke shop on the Westbank and it's not even close. Way better than most of the shops in Nola and the East as well. Great atmosphere and the staff is awesome.10/10”
“I've been going here for years and the owner is the nicest guy, very knowledgeable and he's always got what you need. I can't comprehend why anyone would go anywhere else.”
“Omar is the best he always so nice to me and I mean always I love this place I tell all my friends about this place they vapes r the cheapest and affordable ???”
“Absolutely phenomenal each time I went. Got some THCp edibles the 2nd time around, and they did not disappoint. The gentleman there was kind, informative, an above all else, patient.”
“Great selection and prices, staff was friendly and attentive...if it had a better location they can get way more biz I'd assume. Someone suggested CLOUD9 and I had a hard time finding it even with my GPS bc it's not actually ON cleary, that is only negative.”
“Smoke Xpress is hands down one of the best spots if you’re looking for great prices without sacrificing quality. What really stands out is their competitive pricing — everything feels reasonably priced, and in many cases, cheaper than what you’d expect anywhere else. Whether you’re picking up everyday essentials or something more specific, you can tell they put effort into keeping their prices customer-friendly.
Their cigar selection is especially impressive. Not only do they carry a wide variety of brands and styles, but the prices are extremely affordable. It’s rare to find a place that offers both such a strong selection and deals that actually make you want to come back regularly. Whether you’re a casual smoker or someone who really knows cigars, there’s something for everyone, and you won’t feel like you’re overpaying.
Overall, Smoke Xpress delivers on both value and variety. Great pricing, a solid selection, and a shop that clearly understands what customers are looking for — definitely worth checking out.”
“I haven’t been to this place until recently while I was visiting a friend nearby. We were planning on eating out, but the weather was terrible so we decided last minute just to stay in and cook something. We didn’t want to schlep all the way to one of the large supermarkets and this was close enough for us to go there and back in minutes.
I was so pleasantly surprised by how well stocked, clean, and easy to navigate it was! They also have a wide variety of selections so that we could get everything we needed in one stop! The staff are very friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend this place. The prices were reasonable as well. Most smaller markets will charge an arm and leg but not here!
I’m planning on moving nearby after the first of the year and i can promise you I’ll be frequenting this place regularly.”
“I come here for few different things, but mostly just to see the smiling face of the girl who works at night Miss Paige. The moment I walk through the door she is happy to see me, smiling, always good energy, and offers to help me find anything I need. She just doesn’t know I only go there because she’s so friendly and always a positive attitude that you can’t find many places anymore.”
“I went in to buy some cigarettes, and Logan helped me that day. When I told him I really needed to try and quit, he suggested using Vuse or Juul tapes. So I bought some Vuse to see how I would like them. Logan was very informative and helpful. I really appreciated his advice.”
“Victoria is the most patient, kind and sweetest person. I knew nothing about the product I was buying and she patiently explained to me. My new favorite place. All businesses should follow this company's protocol. Thank you Victoria”
“Finally found a vape shop that carries my coils for the deep vape Zeus tank along with grape juices that I like as well not to mention the gentleman that works there Jimmy is an absolute gem. He was kind and friendly we even talked and had a conversation for a while every time I go in I can't wait to see Jimmy and have a little bit of a conversation Great place to find what you need.”
“I love this shop they are very helpful and will accommodate any special needs you have. I’m paralyzed and I’m not always able to make it to them in person they allow me to send a family member in and they take my order over the phone and they explain to me what new deals and flavors they have and I’m also able to make my payment over the phone. 100% Excellent customer service.”
“Can't say enough good things about this place. From their low prices to amazing selection to awesome people working regardless of morning or night. Tell everyone you know to go here.”
“Today I went to get a new vape. The lil Guy that is working the counter was so helpful and polite. It's so nice to walk into a business and feel comfortable with the surroundings. Also the Shop was very clean. Thanks to the lil Guy and to the owners for the Great work .”
“Had to do a double take when I saw shop name. I’m from Shreveport and was like wait is that 318, the 318? I believe it is as they have shops in Shreveport too. Glad to see some representation as you see Nola spots in Shreveport but not Shreveport spots in Nola!”
“My girl and I dig this spot not only for the transaction but the interactions as well. JT is always helpful and appreciated when we walk in. Good vibes and efficient at his work.”
“Great Selection of Elfbars! The best prices on the Westbank when it comes to vapes ? and phone repairs. They have amazing customer service and they are good and fast at what they do highly recommend them!”
“The service was great. I got me a new phone due to an emergency. I came back because I thought I had technical problems. They showed me how to work the phone and was so nice about it. I will always come to the store. Gotta grab me a new bong”
“Super friendly staff, called abput some vape stuff i needed, staff was super courteous and helped me with everything i asked about. Definitely check this place out!”
“A day in my last post the gentleman that helped me took his time I explained to him what I was looking for which was the lowest of the lowest of the nicotine I quit smoking 6 months ago and in July I was diagnosed with lung cancer I was very lucky because it did not go into my lymph nodes they just took out 1/3 of my lungs but every now and then I will take a hit off of it I would definitely go back and the next one I would like to try it is a no nicotine one if there's such a thing I was definitely impressed with the gentleman.”
“This place is so amazing I had great customer service. It contains everything from food, juices and cleaning supplies. There are many cigars, vape and also a smoke shop and a lot of options, very clean, I recommend it and their prices are also great, I loved it.”
“Fantastic THC gummies and drinks, and better prices than anywhere else in the city. Plus they ACTUALLY get you high, as opposed to the RA Shop that lied and sold CBD gummies saying they were THC.”
