My wife has done business with them and recommended them to remove a couple links in a watch band as well as possibly service another timepiece I have. They were extremely helpful and the Yoing lady that worked with me offered water and couldn't have been more helpful. They adjusted my band at no charge and are providing me with an estimate to service my additional timepiece. And they have cookies.”

“How often do you get charged a dollar for anything in 2024?I sought out The Clock & Watch Shop in the pursuit of replacing a missing band loop on a freshly-inherited Casio F-91W; not exactly a luxury timepiece. The employee I spoke with on the phone prior to arriving quoted me a price of $4 (compared with another watch store in the city charging $17, who hung up on me when I said I could buy the same watch new for that amount). Once I arrived at the store, the young repairman produced from behind the counter a compatible, pre-owned, but perfectly usable watchband/strap loop, and informed me that this would only cost a dollar, unless I expressly wanted one or more new ones for the originally quoted price of $4 each.I can count on one hand the number of businesses I've entered and exited in my life where I insisted on paying more than I'd been charged for a good or service. In return for TC&WS' simple kindness and generosity -- qualities which aren't the easiest to come by in your average shop these days -- I not only made sure the store got $2 instead of $1, I made sure to write them this review.”

“I have one recommendation. I would absolutely love to see SOL in bronze. The bronze representing the sun where silver represents the moon, ie Crescent. I would definitely combine both lines and wear them together that way.”
