About Zatarain's Brands Inc.
Zatarain's Brands Inc. has great people with a great attitude. The facility can be a little tight, especially the drop yard, and roads to get there can be heavy with traffic. It is recommended to follow the truck route to get in and out. The place is behind neighborhoods, so drivers need to be careful. Check-in is done at the intercom, and overnight parking is available on a concrete slab. The people at Zatarain's Brands Inc. are nice, polite, and easy to deal with. They start working at 7:00, and loading can take around 1 hour and 15 minutes. Drivers appreciate the respectful staff and the occasional goodie bags. It is advised to call ahead if delivering around February or March due to possible closures during Mardi Gras. Following the posted truck route signs is recommended to avoid freeway congestion.
