Horrible. Bang on bell and no one ever comes out to help anyone. It’s ashamed you have to go to surrounding town to mail a certified letter.

There was barely any boxes or envelopes for available for mailing stocked out front. The lady did however offer a more expensive box from behind the counter and offer a tape roller to secure the package. 2nd Visit to open a PO Box. The lady could not interpret correctly which forms of ID's are acceptable. I had my current DL, and my current VA card, both acceptable forms of ID on the 1093 form, she calls her supervisor and I can hear them saying that they were fine. This is after I had to go back the 2nd time. Then she gives me a box with a 2 inch dead roach (see pictures of my 11 x 11 box with it inside. Before I opened it, she said "I need to dust it out". Lady you need to sanitize the box! Terrible service, she even tuned the lady in front of me away with a wrong labeled package that UPS dropped off and she labeled. She told the lady she could not take it back. The lady tried to explain but the postal lady was not trying to provide customer service today. Will update more as my 3 month box plays out!

HORRIBLE!!!AND UNPROFESSIONAL.I have been attempting to get a very important package under their care AND for literally two hours calling them. I was once told prior to that two hours that i will get a call back, but as i call 30 minutes at a time, they do not answer their phone.I am extremely upset with such a service. IF I can call it that. I will NEVER recommend this place. Or whomever was in charge at this date 02-20-2016

HORRIBLE!!! AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I have been attempting to get a very important package under their care AND for literally two hours calling them. I was once told prior to that two hours that i will get a call back, but as i call 30 minutes at a time, they do not answer their phone. I am extremely upset with such a service. IF I can call it that. I will NEVER recommend this place. Or whomever was in charge at this date 02-20-2016
