LARD Oil has absolutely the best customer service in the oil industry. All their reps are there to help you with any fuel inquiries that you may have on a 24-hour basis. Nevertheless, I would like to recognize Miss Sarah Thibodaux, who has gone above and beyond to help all the southern locations that Louisiana Truck Stop owns to get all their fuel on a timely manner. I can’t count how many times I have had an emergency or needed to delay a shipment or get it sooner, and Miss Sarah has always complied to the request the company has needed. LARD Oil always provides you with a window of time when you can expect your fuel, and if for any reason they can’t comply with that time, they text you and inform you when your fuel will arrive. In this industry, many competitors don’t provide a time when you can expect your fuel to arrive, and they never take responsibilities for their errors. LARD Oil rarely makes a mistake, but if they do, they take care of it right away.
