The staff are so friendly!!! I absolutely love their customer service. When I walk in they are so welcoming. Every staff member there is awesome. Ms. Crystal is a gem!!!! Everyone always has a smile on their face & I’m always beyond satisfied with their products & service!!!

A1 Discount pharmacy in Hammond on W. Thomas is failing.... YES! the customer service is nice BUT they open & close when they want too meaning it's Saturday no sign on the door, nothing on the website, nothing in the voicemail when you call stating the Pharmacist will be late OR the store will not be open I waited 30 min and I also watched as other customers came to the store also do better we have our medicine in your pharmacy for some people that's nothing to be played with!! DO BETTER!!!

I love this place and the staff! My pharmacist knows me and my family, can't beat a friendly place like this! They are always on top of my medication refills. When there is a problem they work with me and my doctor to get it resolved. I've been to big named pharmacies and prescriptions would disappear after I dropped them off, I've never had this problem with A-1. They are professional, fast and courteous.

Can not give high enough praise to Eric and the staff at A1. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers needs are met. They are always kind and welcoming. There is no other option for me.oh and great prices to boot!
