Brought my elderly mother to cash a check they charged her close to $100 and they pushed some prepaid card on her that charges fees for everything and told her nothing of the sort before putting the money on there and not being able to get it back

I will never go back!!! My check was stamped before the clerk even checked to see if it was accepted or not. I tried to cash it at the bank and they couldn’t cash it because my check was already stamped and assumed to be cashed.
