I called them told them my problem and stuff I thought maybe relevant information told me off top it was a hard drive issue he actually told me this was a long winded pointless conversation essentially telling me go elsewhere without bad attitude and comments I was gonna be a customer but I guess they don't I'll go elsewhere

The owner and the staff made the process of fixing my laptop as easy as possible. Excellent communication through the whole process, and everyone is kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. I feel they went above and beyond in their efforts. Please don't bring your computer to be fixed anywhere else, because you will only get the best service here.

I’ve gone here twice with different devices, one had a hardware issue, and the other needed to be wiped and reset. I’ve been more than happy with the results, 5/5 stars! George is always quick, helpful, and friendly!

George was soo easy going and made it super easy to explain my problem. They fixed my computer very quickly, for a GREAT price. They also kept me posted along the way, before moving on to any next steps, incase price changes were an issue for me. Highly recommend!

I started having a bunch of issues with a custom built PC my friend and I cobbled together sometime back. While it originally ran extremely well with time and disassembly and reassembly as I moved or did maintenance etc, a lot of little things were causing different issues that caused the whole PC to not work properly. These guys did a phenomenal job meticulously fixing my mistakes from not plugging something in correctly to incorrect BIOS etc. And they did an amazing job explaining everything to me, exactly what the issues were, root cause, and how they fixed it. They basically rebuilt my computer for me bc of all the little things that were wrong, but it’s a much better price than having to replace something or even buy a new pc. They are extremely knowledgeable, amazing customer service, well priced, 1000% recommend over anyone else in the area.

Mr. George is one of THE nicest computer geeks I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. A lot of them talk down to us olde folks, but he didn't. He treated me with sincere respect, explained to me the issues my computer was having and fixed it with reasonable pricing. I will never go anywhere else as long as he is in business.
