I was skeptical at first about making an appointment with Aspen but I’m so glad that I did. The quality of service that I received was top notch. I had to have 2 teeth pulled and Dr Rios was patient, compassionate and funny. He took his time and made sure that I was comfortable and not feeling any pain. The entire staff at Aspen Hammond easily highly recommended.

I was a very loyal patient for about two years. I was having a implant procedures done. It was a long drawn out process. But I didn’t give up, I just wanted the opportunity to get to the point of my final destination. I put up with delay after delay. But I finally reached what I thought was the final stage.And just as I got the good news that I was to proceed with the final stage of receiving my permanent snap in dentures. I was told that I had been given my permanent dentures and that they were to take the ones that I was given over a year ago and modify them to snap in.I was told in the beginning of this long journey. That I was to receive a permanent pair when my implants were approved as successful.I was very disappointed with management not living up to her original obligation.She didn’t take the time to research the situation. She just told me that if I wasn’t satisfied with having the dentures modified. That I can just leave the dentures and get a refund.After about two years of waiting this is what it came down to.I am so disappointed that I had to go somewhere else to finish up my procedure.I don’t recommend that anyone visit the office in Hammond,La.

I went in for just a consultation and ended up walking out the same day with my teeth all cleaned and a referral to the orthodontist. 2 days later i already have my top braces on. Super friendly staff as well

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They walk you through every process and give you options based on your budget. They make me feel like I’m in charge of my dental healthcare unlike other dentists. I strongly recommend them!

The best painful experience I ever had at a dentist. From start to finish the staff was amazing and very friendly. I only was supposed to do Consultation and schedule me an appointment to come back for my tooth to be pulled. However they decided to give me everything in 1 day which was amazing for me. Because i didn't live there. I was in so much pain when I arrived they squeeze me right on in same day service. They even work with me with payment arranged me to get other work done. Just so i can save money I hate going to a place of business and they only try to sell me everything that I didn't ask for. I enjoy not being pressure. Hands down best dental care. And I definitely forgotten to say fast and safe environment.

Decent place, clean, long wait times, forced to have exams I didn't want, I went for 1 infected tooth only to be looked at, they took full panoramic x-rays and made me see the dental hygienist which used my insurance benefits that I did not want to use at this facility. I waited hours to see Dentist to be told come back another day they were to busy to pull tooth, next day long wait also, got tooth pulled, was told it was very infected, no antibiotics given. Would not recommend but nice they have some sort of emergency dental facility.

I’m new to this place but so far they have been great. Very friendly and welcoming. Thorough oral staff that took time to actually explain everything and answer all my questions and then the helpful office staff helped me find all options for helping with payments.

My husband went in for a cleaning; no pain, no issues at all. Just a cleaning. First, they were over an hour late pulling him back for his appointment. He scheduled an 8:00 for a reason. He did not see the doctor he was scheduled to see, who we chose for a reason.Then, they refused to do his cleaning. They claimed he needed a "deeper cleaning", which he has never needed in his life including at his appointment six months ago with his previous provider. They wanted $741 to do this particular cleaning. Nobody goes to the dentist for their six month cleaning (that never costs anything) expecting to spend $741. The total anticipated future bill for this particular cleaning totaled $1502 before the contracted insurance amount and was still over $1000 after that! Was the first and last time anyone in our family will use this practice. I attached a copy of the totals for the cleaning visit to this review. This is the kind of office trying to squeeze their patients and the insurance companies for everything they can get. Beware!

This place and the people that work here all take the fear out of going to the dentist for me. I’ve had the best experience as far as care and treatment. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone that needs dental work

I went in 1st time. I was in great pain. They pulled the wrong tooth. I'm in great pain still even after it calmed down a little bit. I blew my nose and made it a thousand times worse. Now the best they can do is a week from tomorrow. I'm struggling bad to just get through today. I'm disappointed that they chose to not really care what happens to me. Problem is the staff absolutely couldn't care less.

I went to aspen to get a tooth pulled…ended up not getting it pulled, so I made a later date appointment to get it pulled. I paid half to schedule the appointment which was $175. By time I left the office the money had came off my card. Well after getting a 2nd and 3rd quote I found a place that would do much cheaper, so I called to cancel and get a refund…2 months later and still they haven’t gave me my money back. I’ve called and called up there but they could care less. So don’t go to aspen dental unless you like people telling you that you need thousands of dollars worth of work on your teeth, and trying to talk you into getting a credit card to pay for it.

I asked them specifically if I could keep my wisdom teeth after they extracted them… twice. They said sure. I sobered up from surgery without them and called them no longer than 10 minutes after I had left. They told me they had been thrown away. I was devastated. Not like I’ll ever have a chance to get those back again.

Amazing service! I didn’t know what to expect as this was an emergency visit for a hurt tooth. But the staff was very delightful and caring. I felt at ease immediately and it made the process better. Not everyone has perfect teeth so it really does help when the dental care community is kind and caring. And I felt that from each and everyone I dealt with at this office. Would recommend! And I will continue to come back to this office. Thank you!
