Battery Depot is a great place known for super great service. The staff is always willing to help, very professional, knowledgeable, and super polite. They are definitely knowledgeable about batteries, way more than the parts stores, and provide good service from both the store and the products. Customers report that the team always tries to save customers money and are nothing but top notch. Service is impressive, with staff providing helpful assistance like carrying batteries to vehicles. The reconditioned batteries are noted for their reliability, with one account of a battery working well even after years of use. While some note prices are not quite as competitive as in the past, they remain cheaper than major parts stores. Overall, Battery Depot is highly recommended and a place customers would definitely use again.

The customer service is even more impressive than the monster truck limo they used to have! I’ve been getting batteries from here for years and Lee and all his people have been nothing but top notch though out the years!

Super great service, I bought 2 reconditioned batteries this morning , the guy working the counter was super nice , then there was another young man that brought both of the batteries to my SUV, and took in my old batteries back inside the store with him, both were super polite, I highly recommend Battery Depot.
