“I give this place a 10/10 rating. My VW battery died over the weekend so I first went to AutoZone and they said they would not touch it.. I then headed straight to O'Reilly's and had AMAZING service. My car battery was being a pain, but the employee (I wish I knew his name) was patient and tested it; it came back as dead. The lady at the counter was also so sweet and nice. I don't know anything about cars, but they were so patient with me. Highly recommend :)”

“I went in for a headlight. The gentlemen was on a ladder in the back. When he saw me he immediately climbed down and asked what I was looking for. He looked it up on the computer, then walked me to the item's location, and showed me my options. I asked a few question which he answered. I made my selection. He asked me if there was anything else I needed help with. There was not so I payed for my light. He asked me my phone number so he could log my purchase under my name in the system. He thanked me on my way out. There is absolutely nothing else this gentleman could have done. He did everything you could expect from someone in his position. This is how a retail experience should be. It's good to see that there are helpful people doing a great job. I have always had good experiences at this location which is why I showed up in the first place. I bought a battery here about a year ago. I will keep going to this location.”
