We had a leak under our Rv, Cody come and looked at it. He was very thorough and explained everything he had to do. I would highly recommend Cody if you ever have issues with your Rv. Thanks for the peace of mind Cody.

Had a derate on my t680 kw and saw Scott working on a truck and asked him about my issue and told me to pass by the shop, he is very knowledgeable and straight to the point very good service I will definitely recommend them

Overpriced, careless, and unprofessional service
We had a very poor experience with Big Wheel Diesel & Wrecker Service. The towing charges were extremely expensive for the level of service provided. More importantly, after dropping off our truck, they failed to properly reinstall the drive shaft that was removed during the tow.
Because of this negligence, our truck was left unsafe and undrivable, and we were forced to call another towing company just to detach the trailer from the tractor, which cost us additional time and money.
When we called Big Wheel Diesel & Wrecker Service to inform them about the drive shaft issue, they hung up on us instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution. This is a serious mechanical and safety issue, not a minor mistake, and the way it was handled afterward was completely unprofessional.
I would not recommend this company to any trucking business.

On our way to Fireside RV from Illinois, over 800 miles from home, we severely dented our RV rim and knew we couldn’t make it back safely. Thankfully, we connected with Amber at Big Wheel and Diesel & Wrecker Service.
Amber went above and beyond to help us. She not only sourced the exact wheel we needed but also secured a brand-new tire overnight. The team even came out to our RV park to service our RV on-site! The man who we spoke to first was so very helpful and patient. Upfront pricing, and reasonable. The girl who called about parts was very friendly and helpful. Scott the mechanic who came out to repair the RV was very friendly, knowledgeable and fair with pricing. We would recommend Big Wheel to everyone.

The mechanics are knowledgeable and dedicated to their craft. The Service Manager runs a tight ship and is very thorough in his inspections. He is man that knows trucks inside and out along with all DOT regulations when it comes to the trucks. He's a trustworthy man. The Parts Manager was also quite knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions.
Of all the repair shops I've visited this one is by far the cleanest and well organized.

Big Wheel Diesel comes up BIG again when I called on them to help get me out of a bind. They had my truck fixed and back running the same day. They were very meticulous, found the issue, the cause of my issue and fixed it the same day. This isn't the 1st time they've done excellent work on a diesel truck for me. They're always a good choice when I need a diesel mechanic.

Doug Davis is a great guy! This company specializes in Cummins Repairs on all Makes and Models (HeavyDuty trucks, RV's & Buses. They also operate a large wrecker fleet to get you off the road! No job large or small!

Our rear brakes went out on our RV and Big Wheels was there to help. They repaired our brakes and double checked the breaks to make sure the brakes were now working properly. They explained exactly what happened. Big Wheels had our RV just for a few days and off we went.
The service staff were absolutely wonderful!
Very pleasant and an excellent experience!

Made an appointment ahead of time, and my RV was in before the appointment time. Service was good, and the cost of service seemed to be fair. I will use their services again.

Had these guys come over to pull me out of a swamp yard with gravel from Premier Chemical in Akens LA and Daniel the tow truck guy was very helpful and very effective with his work, really helped me out with no issues and great timing, thank you Big wheel for great work today and thank God for putting great people around me to rescue me and to keep working.
God is good all the time!

Great service. I had a broken arm on my lift axle, not something that you see everyday. They stayed after hours to remove the arm, had it to the welder/fabricator the next morning, they were able to put it back together and reinforce it better than new, had it back on the truck and I was rolling the following day. They're friendly, upfront, trustworthy, efficient, and do a most excellent job. I would recommend them for all maintenance and repairs. Thanks again Gary, Cody, and Dave. Y'all are the most.
