Always a pleasure dealing with Bill Hood Ford! I've been buying Ford vehicles from them since the late 1990s and never had a bad experience or a complaint!Once I got the Bronco home and drove it for the first time it is so much fun! Micheal Slifkin is best car salesman I’ve came across in a long time! I stopped by the ford dealer ship to look around in hopes that I can just look around and not have to deal with a salesman not trying to push me to buy a random car that I don’t really want. Instead i was approached by Micheal, Micheal was a stand up guy and wanted me to buy a car that I liked and I wanted. He was very patient and truly a great guy. After 30 minutes of looking at several different cars, I decided to buy one! The paper work went smoothly, and Micheal was there with me from the time I got there and the time I finished. If you need a vehicle I would recommend you to find Micheal!

My mama & I went to look at a used Ford Expedition with the intentions of buying it, & Taylor G. greeted us when we pulled up today. His appearance was very unprofessional (pants sagging & underwear showing), but we continued to do business with him anyway. We took the car for a test drive, & there was no gas in it. So, my mama put gas in there because I was worried about breaking down. While on the interstate, we noticed there was a drag in the acceleration. When we mentioned it, Taylor was extremely rude. He kept cutting my mama off & insisting that nothing was wrong with the car. (My mama been working on cars for 30+ years.) However, he wasn't very knowledgeable about the car when we initially asked him questions before we test drove it. I asked Taylor to stop interrupting my mama, so she could speak & he commences arguing with me. Don't waste your time or money with Bill Hood.

STAY AWAY!Working with Bill Hood Ford was the worst experience I've ever encountered.Initially I contacted them about having some mechanical work done , I knew exactly what was wrong so they said if I brought the vehicle in the following Tuesday they could start on it and have it done Wednesday at the very latest.I had the vehicle towed there and by Wednesday morning I couldn't get in touch with anyone. I called every manager and left a voicemail , the advisor and so on. Finally Friday I hear back and they said the warranty company won't get back with them. I instantly get on the phone to see what's going on and they inform me they just contacted them and they already approved the work..I called the advisor back to see if she would lie and she said the warranty company still never got back with them.. Monday comes around and they don't have some parts they need( they Initially had all the parts ).Getting in touch with anyone is almost impossible .In the mean time every time I talk to someone they say it will be ready the following day and then , " oh we're waiting on part," was used several times. After 2 weeks I finally had to speak with the cashier and she had to find out what's going on because the advisor no longer reached out. She informs me it's done and they're test driving it.I go to pick up the vehicle and paid 1k for other work the warranty didn't cover. One being the timing chain.The mechanics put the timing chain on wrong and now it makes a very loud clicking noise..... they didn't notice..To add to the nightmare they didn't put some trim peices back on correctly so they flew off when I got on the interstate, costing me another few hundred dollars. Between that and the advisor not telling me one truth the entire time my vehicle was there I can't see how this place is in business. I will definitely be reaching out to the BBB.** I brought it back in and they said it was nothing they did even though it was. The vehicle later broke down due to thay exact issue.EDIT: I took it to another ford dealership they confirmed Bill Hood put the timing chain on incorrectly causing me to have to get a new engine.BILL hood still claims no wrong doing and says that's what a warranties for.Search online and you'll find numerous similar stories. They run a horrible, morally corrupt business.

Was charged for time my truck was sitting. No explanation of what was going on. Sat at dealership all day for an oil change and some front brake pads. A lot of the technicians were sitting around playing on their phones. This is the third time the service was poor. First time I was my tires are too big (35x12.50x22). Second time had some work done from an accident and they didn’t fix it right. Meaning they didn’t not fix my tie rods and oversprayed clear coat. And this is the third.

One year ago, I sold my Ford because I had such a horrible experience at different ford dealership. switching to a competitor, I did not like the weather the vehicle performed, and was even less satisfied overall. When I was referred to Bill Hood, by a friend, the experience could not have been better. From Sales all the way through service, I would recommend them as a top-notch dealer and plan to use them for the foreseeable future.

Do your research people, purchased a vehicle here in 2019 took out extended warranty encountered a problem with a noise in the rear of the truck after weekssss of troubleshooting finally got to one of the culprits (leaf spring) which was replaced and the other I was told was being ordered never was ordered and nobody I mean nobody will call me back from this dealership. I been dealing with this issue since April 26,2022. Left tons of voicemails, text messages and even called another Bill Hood dealership to have Bill Hood call me. I cannot get anyone to answer me back. Please do your homework people. Update November 7, 2022 still NOBODY from this dealership made an attempt to contact me. PLEASE people save yourself headaches. Do your homework and research dealerships.
