Went in to look at and test drive the Murano. I looked at the Platinum and drove it. Looked at the SL, didn't drive it. We compared the numbers on both vehicles, and I chose the Platinum. They were able to get numbers that I could live with on my budget; so now I drive a 2024 Murano Platinum.

I can’t express enough of how Kenny helped me!I didn’t understand what was happening to my car and I drove up and he went over and beyond the expectation level than I have ever received in my life! I am 51 years old so that says a lot right there!He is the reason why I will return to my Nissan dealership for all my repairs!His honesty went along way with me!I’m always scared of being taken advantage of when it comes to mechanic work; but he showed me that my Nissan dealership is honest!He needs to be recognized! Hands down the best car buying experience. Dustin, my salesperson, was so informative, knowledgeable, spent hours looking over vehicles. Tony and Julian helped me get the lowest interest rate possible and worked with me to meet my monthly payment goal. Great attitudes, wonderful appearance, extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

The check in was good, next part which is inspection of the vehicle and servicing of the vehicle between this the technician did not complete the complete and/or did not balance the tire because 5 til 10 minutes after paying for service and leaving Bill Hood Nissan in Hammond, La grounds I was on side of the street with a flat tire......No one put update sticker for oil change or informed me of low tire , nail being the tire or anything of the sort, I was very disappointed, discouraged to continue my service with this dealership, etc. I am very disgusted ,"still". Reason being I was bragging on dealship to someone that rode with me to get my services done and this happened so, I looked like a foolish person promoting the business for a company that was so careless with my vehicle.???

I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was immediately greeted and once my car was scanned addressed by name going forward. The service was prompt and completed well before I expected it to be. I was kept informed of the progress and sent all of the information regarding the inspection of my car. I was very satisfied with everyone I came into contact with.

As a father buying your son his first car, I want to know if this dealership we are using is truly honest. Bill Hood Nissan is one that keep their word and I would highly recommend them to friends and family. I have been a technician for 24 years, and I know how to determine if a dealership is honest. They truly performed all their task needed for service. Because when he got home, I inspected the vehicle to make sure everything was done. they done a awesome job. Thank you.

We have had a gas smell in our garage, outside the car and inside the cabin and inside our house since 2022 and the service technician at Bill Hood confirmed it but said I'd have to pay $160 for them to diagnose it plus parts and labor to fix it. There are lots of "Nissan Rogue gas smell in cabin" complaints AND there is a class action lawsuit filed on the 2020-2023 models. I've seen the same complaints as far back as 2009 so they have been alerted and know about this faulty assembly problem for years and have not taken responsibility for fixing it. We've gotten used to it and a neighbor came over yesterday and said he was getting nauseated from the smell in our living area so I put it out in driveway and this a.m. it wasn't as bad. It's a health and fire hazard and we have gas stove. I'm not sure if local TV Action Reporter could get anything done or if we should hire a lawyer. People walking up to my car exclaim "I smell gas!" No warnings on dash. It seems to be faulty assembly of fuel line to tank or in that area as it's strongest in back seat. My wife has MGUS, arthritis and other medical problems and this is causing a lot of mental stress worrying that the car will catch on fire while we're in it! I will Never buy another Nissan now that I see that they don't care what happens once you buy it! Please answer asap as we use it everyday and don't want cancer, etc. from inhaling gas fumes. Purely breathing the fumes (gasoline inhalation) can result in the following symptoms: coughing and other breathing difficulties, headaches/dizziness, heart failure, and more. Because of how the hydrocarbons attack the nervous system, a wide range of symptoms is possible, but they can all eventually be deadly.

Bobby, our salesman went above and beyond. He drove us on a hot day around from lot to lot looking for a vehicle. He helped us make a good decision. We ended up with a great car for us at a great price. He really was understandable and friendly. Top selling salesman who gets 5 stars in my eyes.

Mr. Gerald Tanner was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and made the sale very easy. And, I don’t remember the other guys name but he sat with me and explained every detail of all the features to help me understand how to used them. The finance guy was thorough with the sale. I’ve always been a Chevy girl and this is my first Nissan experience and I was very impressed.

My local dealership took the time to make sure I got into the exact vehicle that I wanted rather than trying to push me into a car just to meet a monthly quota. I appreciate the straightforward answers that I received without high-pressure sales tactics. Matt, Aneisha, & Julian were great to work with from start to finish. I will be returning when it’s time for my next purchase.
