BK is literally one of my favorite places to eat, especially since being pregnant. Theirs a younger guy manager that always has great customer service and always makes sure I have crispy fries, which has truly made me cry before because I was so happy. Unfortunately when I have an evening craving I’m not always as satisfied. More than once, the fries have been so white almost like they were rushed and didn’t finish cooking, and I never mind waiting. I tend to be very nice and try to make the person at the windows day but sometimes they just seem miserable.

The food was fixed correctly each time I've went, the only thing I didn't care for was after ordering, they tell you to wait at the 1st window where nobody's stationed, until they wave their hand out to tell you to pull up to the actual window where you pick your order up, and the food wasn't hot enough.

It took me 20 mins to get my food and I was first in line to the speaker. Then I was told to pull up to the first window after ordering, which no one was there. Then when I pulled up, the cashier through her arm out the drive thru window and asked me not to pull all the way up. Trying to figure out why, I Then realized that it was because B.K. has a timer in which they are "suppose" to follow.When I finally pulled up, I was not greeted, the girl was very impersonal, I had to back up twice to get the remainder of my order and I was not given a receipt! Hmmm, I wonder why! I will not go back to thus location!

Employees were rude and had an attitude. It's like they got upset because I ordered more than 1 thing. They also forgot to give m we one of the items I ordered. And acted like it was a big Hassel because I wanted my item I paid for.

I’m currently sitting in my car 6 feet from the window in the line because I can’t pull up per the employee hanging out the window to stay here . I’m at the 30 min wait mark waiting on my food . Line wrapped around the building and people constantly leaving . If you all can not do better then this then you all need to hire more employees. It’s 9:33pm at night .

We ordered two large croissant meals, two iced coffee’s, and an orange juice. Not only did the girl taking orders try to rush the order but she wouldn’t answer if she’d gotten that my husband’s croissant was with no cheese so I drove to the window to pay and verify the order. She snappily assured me that she’d gotten that his was with no cheese, handed the drinks out the window to us and had me pull forward to wait. There was no one in line in front of us, no one inside and no one behind us waiting for food. It took them 20 minutes to bring us two croissants and hash browns. They still got my husbands order wrong, it had cheese and no egg.You almost always have to wait no matter what time of day it is and it’s rarely less than 5 minutes it’s usually 15-25 minutes. They skimp on the bacon or egg on croissants. Also they are always rude and rushing you even though they get in no hurry to get your food to you. I’ve drove up to see half the staff outside smoking while it’s busy and heard/seen them in there goofing off or yelling at one another instead of working. This place needs a serious change of staff and new management or need to deal with the staff they do have!

This awesome crew successfully messed up all four of our sandwiches in one order. When I brought them in to show them what was wrong with all four sandwiches they were extremely rude and told me that I didn't order them like that so obviously it was my fault that they messed up my order. I don't particularly care for fast food and expect failure from the staff but I especially hate this location.

This Burger King is the only Burger King that I have been to and the past almost 50 years that I eat from almost every day I've been in this town for a little over a month. The staff is friendly the food is always fresh and this is the most cleanest most perfect Burger King I've ever seen in my life. I recommend this place to everybody hands down this is the best Burger King ever builtVegetarian options: I wasn't eating meat when I first got here so I used to order the double whopper and used to tell him to hold the meat they used to think that was so funny but now that I'm back eating me I love my flame grilled burgersKid-friendliness: Very kid friendlyParking: You have can find a great parking spot anywhere around there buildingWheelchair accessibility: My friend Billy is confined to his wheelchair but he loves going to Burger King so much with me that he always gets out of the vehicle just so he can go in there cuz he is able to bring his self inside a Burger King without any help he's a real independent older guy so he's like you know what let me go in there myself today and I'm going to order my own foodDietary restrictions: Hold the meat and bread. They will make you a great salad. If u into that or change your bun size add more veggies. It's endless what they would do to accommodate their guest
