I will never be with another bank, Chase is awesome in customer service and make sure im taken care of. I need that peace of mind!!

This bank sucks and should be shut down or fire all staff cause no one at this branch will ever help you or answer the phone they should be closed

Check holds for 2 weeks. Not acceptable. These are checks for less than $1000 and all they have to do to expedite it is contact the bank where the money is coming from and clear it in less than 5 minutes as they have done in the past. I will be moving to a different bank.
