If I could give zero stars, I would give zero. My husband just received a workman’s comp settlement check and we went there to deposit it into my chase account. He is not on that account but signed for it to be in my account. We were told we could not do that without valid form of ID. My husband only has LA wallet. What frustrated us the most was we were already told by a different chase branch that my husband did not have to he with me since he already signed it over. While trying to explain it, the teller was cutting him off. So we walked out, went to a branch in Covington to be told how Hammond handled it was not right and he didn’t have to be with me, like we were originally told. It’s pretty sad that I would much rather drive 30 minutes to have better service. That made me feel as a customer, that she just didn’t want to do her job. What should have cost my husband only 15 minutes of work, wound up costing him almost FOUR HOURS, just to find out, there was no reason we had to go through all of thatUpdate: I filed a complaint and the branch manager called and handled it so well and apologized to me for how everything happened. Of course that doesn’t change what happened, but to know she cared enough to give me a call back and apologize, means a lot!

This Chase banks staff is very very unhelpful with anything. Also good luck trying to get a hold of someone over the phone, you will always have to go in person if you need help. When you do need help it's barley giving as well, I hope people learn from my mistake and do not get a account with this bank!!!!

My younger brother has had his account restricted for over a week. His school fees were due on September 10 but his account is still restricted.Today is September 26th, his rent is due on Sunday, October 1st but he still can’t access his account because “they need to establish a connection with me”. Okay so I asked if they could call my German number because I now live in Germany but no “it has to be a registered US number” I don’t understand? Am I supposed to apply for a visa, book a flight and then register a US number before my brother can eat? This is all because I asked my previous apartment (The current Shoreline) to mail my security deposit to my brother because I am no longer in the states and he needs that money way more than I do.Now they’re threatening to close his account by Friday if he can’t verify that I agreed to send him the check. This means he won’t get his money till 3 weeks??Your customer service agents act like robots. How do you deny someone access to education and food? Why can’t you use common sense? How am I supposed to get a US SIM in Germany? How is my brother supposed to feed and pay his rent? It’s already hard enough trying to send him money why make it even harder for him to access the money??I even tried paying to get a US number using a random website I found on google just so they could call me to verify but the agent said “the number is not registered to my name” omg??? I wonder if it’s because I’m not in the US??

Was sent an email saying that I would be getting an interview. To keep an eye on my emails and text messages because someone will reach out within 24 hours. This was sent on 8-15-23. No one ever contacted me. I tried calling the branch over six times. I also tried to call the customer service line being that most hiring is done in the back office. I also responded to the email that told me I would be getting an interview. Then today I get another email saying they hired another candidate. I’m not upset that someone else got the job. However, I am upset that I was told I would be interviewed and no one reached out or responded to me. Seems like a blessing to not work for a company like this at this point it’s very unprofessional. Don’t tell someone you were going to interview them then never contact them. That is just flat out rude

The ATMs are ALWAYS down like not even joking 4/5 times I try to use them. Every month when I go to get a money order for rent, you’ll be waiting for at least 30 minutes up to an hour in line for assistance— doesn’t matter if you go inside or use the drive thru. My issue isn’t with the staff themselves. They are great always super kind. There is just never enough people working ever to assist all the people waiting which is an issue from much further up the corporate ladder.

Refused to cash their check because we didn't have another form of ID or an account. After waiting 45 minutes that's what we were told. Horrible and ridiculous customer service.

Banking industry has no idea what customer service is. Had to make 4 separate trips to the bank and schedule appointments each time to finally get my wife’s name added to my accounts. Something you should be able to do online. Last trip to bank spent 30 minutes answering questionnaire about short/long term goals. I was asked to reschedule the appointment when I didn’t want to play the 20 questions game. All I need to do is add a name on the account. Help me do that and let me go on with my life.

This banks ATM’s NEVER work, if you go through the drive through w/tellers it will take you 30 minutes minimum, and the parking lot is made to where once you’re in line you’re stuck in the parking lot. Just over all HORRIBLE.
