“The Old Navy Hammond is a nice store with great customer service. The store needs to be organized a little better. There was a lot of product, just kind of scattered about and not put on shelf or hangers. I had to figure out prices for most of my purchases by going up to the price checker because stuff was not always in the right area. But the clothes are good quality and a good price.”
“Nothing special about this trip. They had my size available in everything I wanted to try on. My only gripe is the cashier was pushing the JCPenney card on me a little too much. When asked if I wanted to apply for an account, I politely said, “No, thank you. Not at this time.”. She kept on and on, listing a few reasons why I should definitely apply for a card today. It was very awkward and uncomfortable. Do they make something off of each new account created during their shift? Idk, but it’s definitely annoying.”
