Some workers are nice and some are just outright rude and lazy. The guy that was working the pick up window is rude. And acts like he hates his job and is mad at the world. Definitely should NOT be working where he has to speak with people all day.

Post hurricane hours not posted on cvs.com.How is someone who works 9-5 supposed to pick up prescriptions if they work 9-5?

Doesn't matter how nice anyone is when it takes over a week to get a prescription filled. Their own website being down for a week also doesn't help.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Their cashiers greet you when you enter the store, are very friendly and efficient. I recently got both of my COVID-19 vaccinations at this location. It went as smoothly as one could ever expect. You park, check in via your phone, go inside and their staff are waiting right at the door to get your temp and immediately send you to the back for your vaccination. Kudos to both the management and the staff at this CVS in Hammond.The Ponchatula CVS could learn a lot about friendliness and efficiency from this CVS in Hammond.
