If you're purchasing perfume/cologne, do not go here. No perfumes are on the counter to smell, they won't even let you spray the ones behind the counter on your skin to see how long they last with your chemistry. And they literally only have two perfume counters. no one is in the store shopping. Not even sure how they're still open!!

Great quality of clothing, perfumes, etc. Also, when there is a sale, there is a SALE. Just yesterday I scored big on dress clothing at a great sale price.

If I could give a lower score I would. I went to the store today after YEARS between shifts to kill time and browse new clothes for my kids. An associate followed me with a camera from the MOMENT I walked in the store. I browsed as I processed what was happening. I then left because it made me uncomfortable and angry. I then decided that something NEEDED to be said to managers. So I went in to speak to the manager. Told her, I'm a father of 2 with a brand new car in the parking lot, a loan on our other vehicle for 11k, and live in a 460k home locally. Both myself and my wife work fulltime. That they were profiling me because I was in street clothes (for working), which shows they don't know the "wealthy" demographic they CLEARLY market towards. Wealthy people stay wealthy by living meek lifestyles on a day to day to afford the rest of their lifestyle. The woman was also a person of color (not that I care, but I was required to identify her). I told her if I'd have done it to her in a Dillards, not only would it be inappropriate, it'd be racist, and it would make the news. I also explained that I was browsing and discussing prices and quality of the product with my wife because we are planning to buy our kids new wardrobes, but not now. I told her if police officers profiling was immoral, it's immoral for a sales associate to HOLD a camera in my face as I browse and that one day she's going to do it to the wrong person and get hurt or pressed and if they were condoning THEIR employees to play vigilante, then they do not have theirs or their customer's best interest at heart. I even pointed out the cameras and explained that it was pretty obvious they had a security member monitoring the footage so to have associates doing THEIR job was ridiculous. Had I started walking around with product and she was discreet, I wouldn't have said anything because she's at least not making it obvious while protecting their inventory, but the fact was I just browsed. Didn't take anything off the rack, so her holding the phone higher than her head to obviously make me aware that I'm being recorded, was her attempt to pressure me into leaving OR get a reaction out of me. The manager than stated that it wasn't policy and they don't allow employees to do that. I then explained that she did it so obvious and blatant that she would HAVE to be aware that it's NOT a problem and she is allowed to. And if she wasn't allowed to I'd hope they would take disciplinary action toward her because I personally would NEVER disrespect ANYONE to that extreme and it honestly upset me and made ME feel like something is wrong with ME because I can't "afford" to pass through unnoticed. It was EXTREMELY offensive and disheartening to be a victim to this standard when the corporation OBVIOUSLY has the money to train their employees on how to handle these situations in a respectful and discreet manner. The manager seemed unconcerned and only attempting to make me feel "heard" and to get me out of the store. If theft is THAT much of an issue in that location, then the proper actions should be taken to address the issue while creating an environment that allows those wrongly judged, by their associates, PERSONAL opinion to shop freely and not harassed by uninformed and biased employees. Very disappointed in Dillard's. Myself and family have been supporters of their business for GENERATIONS. My hope is that their corporate office sees this review and addresses this disturbing practice at this location. I've shopped at least a dozen other outlets and NEVER experienced this type of interaction with ANY of their employees.

Customer service is great. The nice lady in shape wear helped me to find what I needed to fit my body in the dress I would be wearing. I came back because of her. You don’t always get high quality assistance on Saturday and Sunday.

My husband and I purchase almost all of our apparel at Dillard’s. It’s a wonderful Department Store that sells gorgeous clothing, incredible footwear, cosmetics, lingerie and accessories. We also purchase our bedding at Dillard’s; the bamboo sheets are so soft and comfortable.

I want to commend Beyoncé who works in lingerie in Hammond Square. She was very patient and helpful.I don’t read and hear as well as I did when I was young, but she showed me what I needed and I left a very satisfied customer. I would give her. 5 star rating!
