Miss Crystal was extremely delightful. She came around to check to make sure that everything was going well for us. She also gave me a $10 off oil change coupon and my favorite feature is the interior & window cleaning station which comes complementary with your wash!

Fantastic price. They include glass and interior cleaners which is a big money savor for me. And they are cheaper than the car wash I was using before whole having far more locations. The only down side and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the lack of a bug wash to help get the bug graveyard off the front of my car. That said, all the other reasons has caused me to become a member of their monthly program.

Phoenix is amazing!! So nice and professional!! I locked myself out my car while vacuuming my car out ?she let me use her personal phone to call road side assistance and made sure I was safe and comfortable while I waited!!! Before all that when I pulled up she greeted me warmly and with a smile!! Definitely top tier service!!!

This is the only car wash I’ll go to in Hammond- equipment always in great working order, they always have clean towels and cleaning solution available (which is a HUGE help!!)Also, one of the employee Phoenix checked in on me while I was vacuumed and was so professional & kind asking if I was happy with my car wash and if there was anything he could do. He’s doing a great job & has impressive customer service!! & hopefully this review gets him some recognition from management bc he definitely deserves it!Services: Vacuuming

This is the best car wash I've been to in a long time. And the customer service was impeccable. Chrystal and Shanice was there to help me and made me feel good. They even had a smile on there faces. That is something I haven't seen in a long time. Thanks TAKE 5 KEEP keep up the great work

Service was awesome. The grounds are always so clean. And The entire team at this location is a nice and friendly. Great job with management. I love that you all have the Depot center. I really hope that your air pistols are back working soon. I would hate to cancel my membership that I have had for years due to this particular piece of equipment been broken so long. There is a car wash being built right down the from the Hammond Location but as long as the air guns are working before they open I will be keeping my membership because I really enjoy the way the staff treat me. They always create the greatest experience each time I visit the wash. Overall great job Hammond Take 5 employees !

Chrystal was very accommodating. She went above and beyond, I noticed. I was cleaning my car’s interior with glass cleaner and she offered to bring some cleaner more appropriate for the interior of my car, but I politely declined. Not to mention she’s working outside in very dangerous heat, but she’s got a big smile on my face. Great service!Services: Auto detailing

Super speedy and efficient, this amped up Drive Through gets the job done all around and for a very affordable price. I have the unlimited membership and go at least about every week. Justin helped today and did a good job leading me in as well as scrubbing off the tough bugs on front and back. I love the vacuums are included and they also have window and interior cleaners and microfiber rags to deep clean. Highly recommend!!Services: Polishing

The staff at this location is unmatched! They truly make my day whether it’s me getting a car wash to start my day, I have their smiles to take with me all day or if I come through at the end of a stressful day, they make it all better!
