I dropped in today to process a wire transfer. Ms. Latonia Cotton was prompt, courteous and professional. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Excellent service!

We turned down overdraft protection because they do not have next day grace. They allowed two purchases under $5 so charged $35 per each item...DAILY!! They do not talk to you on the phone but make you come in when it was their mistake! They do not have phone numbers posted for branches but make you call a 1-800 number and then the operators just hang up on you! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

I DO NOT recommend this bank. Stay away. They rob you of your own money. They have been automatically charging me $50 in fees the same time my deposit hits each month. And I find it quite funny that I’m being charged to use my own money. They have been stealing my money for months now with these new fees. My account will be fine the entire month. But the very last day when my deposit is due to hit is when they mysteriously hit me with these fees that I have supposedly charged up. I am going to have my lawyer check my bank statements because there is no way this js legal and I was never told they charged to withdraw out your savings neither. This bank is not for their customers. They are using our money against us and I am definitely leaving them now. This has went on for months and they use the same lie about 25 or more withdrawals that I know I’m not making. There’s no way possible. I am done with this bank. And I suggest everyone check their statements who bank here and those who don’t......look elsewhere. This bank is definitely not for someone with a family. Because they are taking from mine with no remorse. I can’t even withdraw from my accounts if they are negative. So explain to me these negative balances starting September to now. My account was never negative hundreds of dollars. They are scammers and should be shutdown.

This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I’ve had nothing but problems with my debit card since making a large deposit & when I went in to find out why I was told at the counter they had no idea & shrugged their shoulders. I left there with the same problems I went in with. It’s horrible.
