This place has a nice selection but some of the rudest employees I’ve ever met. One of them yapped at me today for not returning OTHER PEOPLE’S clothes from the fitting room to the return rack.Maybe I’m just getting confused. Perhaps I am the one getting paid to work at Goodwill? I didn’t realize that simply walking into the store means you’re hired and ready to work. Crazy!Maybe do your job and don’t holler at me for not doing it? I had clothes I was going to buy but just walked out. Y’all need to get your employee’s attitudes in check and encourage them to get a better job if they are going to be so bitter about it. This has been an issue for too long. Bitter old ladies??

I had come in for the first time and it was probably one of the most underwhelming thrift days I’ve had so far. As big as the store is, there are barely any items out on the racks and most smaller thrift stores would kill for the extra space since they take on a huge intake daily. I don’t see why there can’t be more items pushed to the floor. Plus like always most the clothes items had stains and pillings, plus most the shoes had very noticeable stains and wear for full price. My usual thrift store wouldn’t even put items of that quality out for $1. Whoever doe’s pricing/ sorting in the back needs a reality check. Even the shoes that were behind the register has major stains and wear- which is odd considering those are supposed to be more designer items. The only good thing was that the employees weren’t as rude as employees at the other locations. Anyways support local ma and pa thrifts.

Their prices have gotten absolutely ridiculous. Most things are similar or the same price as retail.

Is very despicable people at this goodwill. My family recently moved back into the area from Kansas City we had a lot to donate. They wouldn't accept a 3rd of it So we threw it away in the dumpster provided by provided by goodwill. A family that was very obviously of low means begin rummaging through the trash ben. An employed with bright purple hair who was assisting us earlier (she was a very rude individual) Ran to the dumpster and started screaming at the family. Family stated they were doing nothing wrong but they would leave. The woman proceeded to scream at them and said she was calling the police frightening their children to the point of tears. I would like to point out this was stuff that goodwill did not want of ours or so it was thrown away. All I can say is what is wrong with goodwill and their employees this is supposed to be a charity organization. To the lady with the dyed purple hair. You better stay at goodwill you will be fired working anywhere else.

One star because it wouldn't let me submit "zero". Overall, it ranked lowest among the 6 or so in driving distance I've been to lately but the worst part is the employees that were there today. It was not simply that they weren't helpful but were downright RUDE.

Love how they have the audacity to pick and choose items during a donation drop off. Toys, carseats, etc i get, but when I show up with a rental truck full of good stuff, and half gets rejected...come on. Employees were too lazy to go through it most likely.

Prices are absolutely insane since the remodel. And employees will mark up items at checkout if it wasn't already special priced

The staff here were friendly and theyhad a good selection, unfortunately some of the prices were extremely high, like new retail high even for well worn items. It was still a good experience but just not as affordable.

This Goodwill has a large selection of clothes fairly well organized; it's worth a stop if you're passing by.

I’ve frequented this location since I’ve moved to the area about 7 months ago . I’ve always found good deals and some things I’ve really needed.Today , I found a piece of furniture that I’ve been looking for for quite some time . I asked the price , since one wasn’t on there , and was told that they cannot sell something I’d it has no price . Why even out it out on the floor then ? And why can’t they just price it? I’ve never seen this at the goodwills in the surrounding areas and I don’t think I’ll be back to this one anytime soon .

I have been a thrift store shopper for a number of years. In recent years, Goodwill has changed how donations are handled. They do indeed make it to their racks, but only for a short time. Each week, a designated color tag is half off. At the end of the week, anything remaining with that color tag is removed (an employee explained the process to me). Over time, this has now greatly reduced the amount of merchandise. To compensate, they have spread out racks to make it appear that there is still plenty of merchandise. They also fill in areas with cheap merchandise that you can purchase for less at a Dollar Tree. I find my time and money is now better spent at other charitable and resale shops. It seems that Goodwill finds it more lucrative to take much of their donations and "earn hundreds of millions of dollars by selling to salvage vendors".
