“I had reserved a shower on my app with my rewards and there was a glitch that double booked it I assume. Anyway I went to my shower and put in the code and there was someone already in there and the maintenance man was extremely nice and understanding and quickly cleaned a shower for me after I showed him my app. That meant a lot to me! This was 1pm on 10/27/22 thank you so much!”

“I've been happy with the service and hospitality of the staff at all branches I've visited thus far. However, my Regions Mobile App has stopped working. It hasn't worked in a few days now, leaving me unable to view my transactions and balances. When I enter my password , it pops up saying We can't process your request right now. Please try again later. My question is that : Is anyone working to fix this issue, as I'm certain I'm not the only member having this problem. Please get back with me about this.
