“Went there looking for microwaveable batting for my project. I asked one worker where the material department was and she pointed to the opposite wall and said you can't miss it if you go all the way to the back wall.She was nice and smiled when she was talking with me. She made a very good first impression and in retail, that is very important because you are one-on-one with the customer. (I wish I would have gotten her name. I will next time.)”
