“this SureStay is a 5 star caliber motel in the cut-rate rehab category that i always look for to save money. it is very clean (including the grounds, parking lot & pool); the furniture, appliances, floor & plumbing fixtures are new; the a/c unit is quiet; the bed is very comfortable; the blackout curtains work okay; i can't hear any road noise with the door shut. the water pressure works fine like my home shower. the little refrigerator is quiet too. i can't find anything to complain about. i could spend $50 more on a newer building but why would i? this is my 2nd stay here and i'll be back again. this place gets 5 stars and it's cheaper than the big name chain hotels. (the entrance road is a sharp right after you turn into the taco bell entrance - look for their tall sign beyond the taco bell)”

“A woman named Tina was very helpful I made last minute Reservations with multiple rooms and kept us all close together I needed help with a couple other things and she was very polite and professional. I have been to a lot of hotels the last 3 months and she made my experience that much better. The rooms are clean and no trashy people running in and out”

“An excellent, unique lodging experience. The rooms belong to a historic mansion and its carriage house in a quiet neighborhood, and each is very private and eloquently designed. Mine had an Arabic theme with a lavish king bed, a massive jacuzzi tub, and a screened-in porch to take in the sounds of the night on. I was not prepared for the breakfast: a full southern meal with restaurant-grade eggs, potatoes, and toast; not the buffet-style stuff you see at most hotels. You can tell a lot of care goes into the accommodations and guest service here, and this is absolutely the type of non-corporate business you should support if you find yourself in East Louisiana.”
