“It's been a year or so since our stay. I meant to post this earlier. This a beautiful place to stay. We try to avoid the corporate places and find the local hidden gems. This is one of them. If we are ever in the area again, no question where we will stay. Thank you.”
“My husband and I ended with a flat tire in Hammond,LA and had to find somewhere quick to stay the night. This hotel may not look the best on the outside but, the rooms are nice and clean! Not very many amenities! But it was good for a cheap and quick sleep. VERY CLEAN!!”
“Wonderful experience. Nice clean rooms, quiet atmosphere, and wonderful breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. Located next to Waffle House and Cracker Barrel. There’s a Walmart, Chilis, and Applebees right here for convenience.”
“I went too friendly inn/ Stay Express Inn for vacation with my friends and it was the best place ever!! The people that own it try’s too keep it clean and works so hard! The rooms were so nice and clean and I appreciate the owners who clean it. The motel is so fancy and it’s the best place!! Y’all should definitely go too Stay Express Inn/Friendly Inn!!”

“The rooms are clean and the water pressure was great. We broke down on the interstate and they gave us a ride to the auto repair shop the next morning. We were very happy with the room and the price and friendly service was great. Thank you Western inn we will see you again!”

“Clean and quiet, friendly staff, what more could you ask for?
Our family stayed here during a road trip. The hotel was easy to find, with safe surroundings. The lady that night at the front desk that night was really friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean- I've had bad experiences before staying in Slidell so I was very observant for any signs of poor housekeeping. Happy to report the room was immaculate. It was also a very quiet room both in terms of not hearing any other guests and not hearing any ambient highway noise. Our family was able to have a safe, comfortable rest at this Red Roof. Very happy overall.”
