My advisor was awesome and explained everything in a way that made sense to me. How she calculated my total and what it was. I had an issue with a previous employer not wanting to give me a w-2. But we were able to navigate the situation. She helped me through a really stressful situation and I am very thankful for that. My only complaint was how much it cost! But that's not anything they can control so it would feel really unfair to knock points for that.
