I’ve been ordering since they opened here in Hammond, and I am never disappointed!! Always warm, fresh, and delicious. I usually get delivery and I am always so impressed with how well it’s handled and the great customer service! Insomnia is just better than every other cookie place around, even Crumbl!

Customer service was bad, cookies are never fresh, every time I go there, cookies are old and rock hard, 15-20 min wait for fresh cookie. LSU LOCATION IS WAY BETTER. They need to do better and have fresh cookie or have a set time to bake fresh cookies instead of having customers wait 20min for cookies. I won’t recommend going there any time of the day. GO TO CRUMBLE COOKIES INSTEAD.

I have become hooked on these cookies. The peanut butter chip is so dang good!!! The cookies have been very consistent until my visit today. The cashier took a while to come out front to greet me and the young man who was there before me. The cookies were a bit overbaked and not as moist as previous visits. I'm hoping that is just a onetime occurrence.

Honestly, I think they are better than Great American Cookies, & I’ll prefer them over Crumbl any day. I ordered a cookie cake for my boyfriend’s birthday recently & we loved it! We had them deliver it & it was still warm ?? & we had some regular cookies too & those were good too! They reheat well, so that gets bonus points for me.

They serve the best cookies! Always hot and fresh out of the oven. Cheaper and better tasting then Crumbl Cookies. They have lots of different packaged deals. Cookies, ice cream, brownies, make your own ice cream sandwiches with your choice of their fresh cookies, etc. Something for everyone!

Came in close at 11pm very indecisive and with so many questions with it being my first visit. The person at the cash register, Brittany, was so helpful, and had so much patience. She made the experience even better. The cookies were so good! Give Brittany a raise!
