I went to the Jackson Hewitt Location on Roma Avenue in Hammond La. Heather Simar was very good at her job. She was very helpful with a rather difficult tax problem. And super nice with a great personality. Highly recommended!

I came here to do my taxes last night Jennifer Sprouse and Heather Simar we're so helpful and professional and just a real joy to be around. I'm from out of state and I wasn't going to be able to come back to pick up my taxes but Jennifer Sprouse stayed an hour and a half after close to help me finish my taxes and didn't excellent job and Heather Simar also a terrific person she also went above and beyond and chose to stay an hour and a half after close with Jennifer as she finished my taxes. We had many laughs and it was a terrific experience and I will come back next year to do my taxes even though I live over 500 miles away I will send them to her and have her do them online for me. I highly recommend this tax service. Jennifer and Heather were terrific. Heather Simar was such an awesome team player.

I come here every year. I refuse to go anywhere else. Lashonta Traxler is the only person that I will let do my taxes. She is absolutely amazing at her job, and she makes sure that she is accurate.
