Heather Simar helped me today to try to get my taxes done. We ran into a problem on a 1099r. She took immediate action to try to resolve this problem. Even though it wasn't resolved today they are trying to fix it and get back with me. Heather was very friendly, courteous and professional. When this situation is resolved I will definitely get back with Heather to complete my taxes.

Another year, another great experience with Jackson Hewitt. Ms. Grace was amazing, very knowledgeable, helpful, & an all around nice person. She gave me information on my taxes that I wasn’t aware of & made me feel much better after filing. Thank U Ms. Grace & Jackson Hewitt.

I’m not sure about your tax preparer, but mine (Doneshia James) was awesome. The environment was a whole mood. Doneshia took care of all of my tax needs in a timely manner, and she was knowledgeable about a tax question I had. Doneshia’s conversation was pleasant as well. I would recommend going to this Jackson Hewitt. The one across from Murphys gas station in Hammond. I had an appointment for 2:00 I came in around 1:50 I was done at 2:20 however I didn’t have any prior IRS issues and I brought in all required documents. I am very pleased with my service and will continue to use this Jackson Hewitt for future tax preparations. I highly recommend this Jackson Hewitt.

Mrs. Jackie Hampton is the best at Jackson Hewitt.. She helped me get the maximum with my taxes.. She also education me on how to properly do my tax deductions.She is the best!!

I’ve been dealing with turbo tax the last few years and decided to give Jackson a try again. I’m glad I did. Ms. Grace at the Hammond location had me in and out and provided me with knowledge to better my rerun now and in the future. Will deff be returning for any tax needs.
