I went to Jones for therapy on 2 Hiernated discs in my neck and 2 in my back and eventually we found a broken hip socket.They worked with me through staph infections, struggling to get through the routine, even having trouble getting there bc I couldn’t get myself dressed. They made sure I had my therapy. Then as I began to improved they changed the routine up on me. It was brutal and perfect.I have to say every area of this company is a joy to work with. The front desk will work around any issues you are having. The PT group is very attentive, thorough, and clean. You will be doing your excercises correct. And even the billing is willing to work with you.This company truly cares about their patients.Plus it’s a joy to listen to them make bets on which music to play next. And the music is always good: ?

I have been going to Jones Physical Thearapy in Hammond, La since the beginning of 2022. During my time here, I have excellent care from all of the staff. The reason why I chose to come to Jones Therapy is because of the close promoxity to my residence, the flexbitity with my schedule, excellent one on one and hands on treatment I recieve. The staff is so friendly, professional, and always greeting and welcoming me with open arms. There is never an awkward or dull moment during my therapy sessions. Each staff always listen and attend to my every need. Thanks for being an awesome staff and having a friendly, and family orient environment. Thanks for building a rapport with me and each individual you encounter.

Nine months I came to Jones Physical therapy. I hadn't walked in over 2 1/2 years. In nine months I'm walking with a walker, now I'm starting to walked with a cane. The staff is great and very patient!

Very knowledgeable patient staff! Patience is the key. Starting physical therapy no matter the reason can be painful and intense. This staff literally addressed every issue I had related to my knee surgery until it was just like new! Thanks!!!

I injured my shoulder last year and had a limited range of motion and weakness. Ever since I started going here, the staff has been knowledgeable and friendly giving one on one attention 95% of my appointments

Best place for physical therapy treatment. They DO NOT disappointment. Well rounded staff with experience; they always make treatment fun! Have been disappointed by many other local therapy offices, but this one takes them all! Will return if need arises and forever recommended.

Jones Physical Therapy is by far the BEST physical therapy practice I have ever worked with. Each and every one of their staff is friendly, polite, and encouraging. They really take the time to understand your issue, diagnose you, and develop an exercise program to best treat you. This team has been amazing at getting me closer and closer to full strength through targeted workouts and encouraging positivity. I will actually miss all of them when I am discharged! Highly recommend!

I recently had knee replacement surgery and the treatment I have received from the entire Jones Therapy staff has been amazing.The treatment has been explained very well to meet the goals set for me.The atmosphere is very open and friendly.

Jones Physical Therapy….I never thought I would need physical therapy, but if it weren’t for Jones PT I probably wouldn’t be walking right now. All of the staff is caring and very helpful. They have helped me get rid of the pain!!! Thanks for all you do!!!

Highly recommend!!!!! Matt and Eric are wonderful, the girls amazing. They're always so welcoming and friendly!The needling and cupping I was a little scared at first but they know what they're doing. Now I can't decide on which one to do on which day lol. Matt has me looking like a science project (his words) with the cupping, but it feels so amazing. I love it.
