Got regular, short acrylic nails with a french tip. No special shape. Was given gel when I didn't ask for gel, they used nail tips that are to wide for my small nail beds. Had about 5 different people work on my nails. Paid for mine and the other person with me. Was $130.00 total. No prices listed anywhere. Won't be back there. However, I pray that their business thrives. 🙏🏻 God doesnt like ugly but I needed to be honest with my experience.

Awful. No TV or music. The place is run like an assembly line. The lady that did my pedicure could not get over the fact that I'm ticklish. There was polish spilling from my nail over to the side of my toe. She never removed it. My dip mani is ok, but my nails aren't straight. There are imperfections on a few of my nails, and the top coat is wearing away at the tips of some of my nails. I spent close to $150 for this crap. Don't waste your time! I will never go back. Terrible place.

I have been a faithful customer but when I returned to show a mistake with my eyelashes, Kim was aggressively rude and refused to admit that the mistake was hers. I left and will not be returning

Kim is very rude to her customers!! She overcharges ppl it’s a different price even if u getting the same service!!! Her and her staff don’t sanitize their hands or tools they use..they move from one customer to another without washing they hands.. and when u tell her about it she have a nasty attitude knowing that’s not right!! I will never go back there!! U pay too much to have to go through that!!!

I came and got my nails done here in december and they were amazing and lasted forever. However thats the only reason for the 3 stars. I went and got them done this past Friday with a friend. Its been exactly 7 days and 5 of my nails have popped off without me even noticing. For paying 100$ for a fullset and pedicure, i expect my nails to last a little longer than 7 days as i dont get to have them done often. I work from home on a computer, i had them done very short. There is no reason they should be falling off like this. I understand people make mistakes, im just very dissapointed.
Update: dropped to 2 stars as ALL of my nails have fallen off and its been 9 days as of today. Absolutely dissapointed

I went to get my daughter nails done for her bday they were cute had minor mistakes in the design then 3 days later her pinky nail came off she had gel nails.. will not go back for the amount of money I spent

They are extremely rude and do terrible work I brought my daughter, her friend and myself to go get our nails done. One lady yelled at my daughter who literally jumped because they hurt her they hurt her and told her not to move they made her freaking bleed

Today, the service was horrible. I went in for a medi n Pedi that took almost 3 hours and my nails look like my 8 year old niece did them. The gel polish looks see threw and no it's not the color choice. They did what they wanted and not what I asked for. The tech painting skills is low level. I usually tip, however, they did me dirty so NO tip today. And they did NOT practice good sanitation today. LA STATE BOARD needs to pay a visit. Will not return.
