There is no way to contact your branch directly. All calls go to a call center that claims they cannot connect you with a branch. They were unable to assist me and told me my only option wouldBe to drive back to my local branch. Also the Norco branch has kiosks in the lobby for you to use rather than interact with a teller which will probably come to Hammond soon too. The people that work in Hammond branch are very nice,, however overall customer service is gone! There are very few times we need assistance, but every time it is WAY more difficult and time consuming that necessary. Will be looking for a new bank where there are actual people to help!EDITED to add I was finally able to speak to the branch manager who was very professional and solved my problem, but it was way to difficult to reach someone helpful. Something needs to change. It is like they put a wall up so that customers have no access to helpful employees! .

A joke. Technical side is always messing up. From the online to the atm. I mean 75% of time. I don't know how their in business still. Hard to get any help. I am leaving the bank with no proof that I just gave atm money. Glitch. Iamneing told that hopefully the money will be over when counted. I must get away from this union!

I’ve heard so many good things about this bank, but that was quickly met with a pure lack of resourcefulness at the branch after having problems. Honestly I wish I could give 0 stars. Although I just opened my accounts, I will be closing them out and finding another bank.

Terrible place. The online system is terrible. Atm always broken. Their atm is only way I can get cash unless I drive to baton rouge Telcom. I'm in hammond Louisiana. I will be changing banks when have a chance for sure.

Don’t try to get a loan with them if you’re needing something fast. The process will take days, if not weeks for someone to even call you back about your application!
