Very pesky and uneducated workers who don’t know much about building anything. Great deals tho once a year.Update... the workers are doing there best it's not them. It's the management team that needs the schooling in Customer service and general knowledge of construction.

THIS STORE ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!! YOU ASK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND THEY PUT YOU IN THE CONTINUOUS MUSIC HOLD - WHICH MEANS ABSOLUTELY NO ONE IS GOING TO PICK UP THE PHONE!WENT TO THIS STORE, FOUND A GRILL ON SALE - WILL NOT SELL FLOOR MODEL (had none in stock). SO SALES PERSON WENT ONLINE, FOUND ONE IN STOCK IN BATON ROUGE! GET TO BR, FLOOR MODEL (says Regular price) OH GO OUTSIDE TO THE SECOND FLOOR MODEL - PROCE JUMPS UP $300 MORE THAN THE INSIDE FLOOR MODEL! GET TO THE REGISTER, NOT TGE SALE PRICE AS ONE IN HAMMOND!YOUR COMMUNICATION SUCKS 100%!WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO BE TOLD THAT LOWES DOES NOT MATCH PRICES AT THEIR OTHER STORES BEFORE I DROVE ACROSS COUNTRY TO PURCHASE THE ITEM!SO YOU LOST A SALE - STEINS HAS WAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE, PEOPLE ACTUALLY WALK UP TO HELP YOU, INSTEAD OF THE CUSTOMER HAVING TO SEARCH FOR AN EMPLOYEE! OH AND THEY SELL YOU FLOOR MODELS IF NONE IN STOCK!

I looked for paint today, talked to the guy in that dept, asked him about paint I found and he said it would work for me. I went to checkout, no one so I went to selfcheck, it didn’t work so an associate said it wouldn’t scan to take it to customer service. The woman there said she couldn’t sell it to me cause it rang up 2 cents,so I brought her the box it was in and it had upc code and price $4.98 , I told her I would pay the amount shown but she insisted so she had the manager come to tell me they were doing inventory, so they could not sell it, this was a paint for Christmas holiday, I told her if it wasn’t for sale, they should take it off shelf or put a sign saying not for sale. I left there and paid for some at home depot , they were glad to take my money and friendly also

Went to return a $4.00 item. Was told i couldn't because I paid cash and had no receipt. The new system wouldn't let them. I told her her new system just lost a customer and i will go to Home Depot. I spent $50. there today.

Horrible!! If you buy from Lowe’s you’re just buying problems. Needed a washing machine. Bought it from them. Paid for delivery just so the delivery guys could damage the brand new washer. Lowe’s was absolutely no help. You can’t get them on the phone. It took a hours and days to get a person on the phone. When I did get a guy on the phone he told me to call corporate. I said I bought this from y’all not corporate. So frustrating I can’t even express to you how frustrated I am with Lowe’s! Finally after many days I got Walisha on the phone thank God. She was actually extremely nice and helpful when you can reach her. Do yourself a HUGE favor. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM THEM!!! It was delivered on Sept 4th and it’s still not fixed…..!!!!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. I have been calling since 10:30 this morning 9/25/23 its now 12:45. I have either been hung up on, they never answered the phone or I was transferred and left on hold for over 20 minutes at a time. Finally when I did get to speak to someone (Danny in appliances) He was no help! He transferred me to a manager and guess what they never picked up!! I purchased a GE dryer on 5/7/2023 ( 5 months ago) it's now broke! Went through the entire protocol to still be without a dryer now for 5 weeks.. I would not recommend Lowes, Cone (appliance technician) or GE.

Bought (5) STEM & (2)Ortho Defense for insects. STEM works much better than Ortho but one of the nozzle didn't work. I returned it w/o receipt. Michelle (CS) & Denise (M) was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. Thank you, appreciated how you handled this situation.

Appliance department salesman was not friendly. Also delivered the wrong washer. I bought a matching set and the washer did not match. In fact it was a less expensive washer than the one I actually paid for

so now lowes started a new policy ..no receipt no refund ..I own a construction company and I will be using home depot more now ..talk about taking from loyal customers.lowes is losing money so now they take it from customers. .. Unacceptable

The cashier at the self-check out was very nice but she was the only one available and they had not other cashiers to help. I felt bad for her because she looked stressed but was doing her best.
