I give this place a 10/10 rating. My VW battery died over the weekend so I first went to AutoZone and they said they would not touch it.. I then headed straight to O'Reilly's and had AMAZING service. My car battery was being a pain, but the employee (I wish I knew his name) was patient and tested it; it came back as dead. The lady at the counter was also so sweet and nice. I don't know anything about cars, but they were so patient with me. Highly recommend :)

Workers are so nice and helpful. They had a problem with my coupon and couldn't get it to work,so they called one of the main managers and he gave them a different code for it to work.

The store hours were till 10 on their website but when I arrived to the store at 9:13 they told me they were closed.

Matthew actually walked outside to help us when we pulled up and were removing our windshield wipers to buy replacements. He was so helpful and friendly. We were in and on our way in minutes thanks to him.

I went to this O’Reilly on dec 29th approximately 3:30. I went there to have a scan done on my car as i have many times before. Roxanne accompanied me outside which was unusual for me but I didn't mind the company. She did a scan and told me what the issues where and because i didn't get the answer i wanted from the tool i asked if i could see it. At this point she started to raise her voice and tell me she knew what she was doing. Back and forth we went where i asked if i was allowed to see the tool and she kept responding that she new what she was doing. After a short back and forth she ripped the cord out of my car (still plugged in) and stormed off. I went inside to get her name and she was in there bad mouthing me to the staff in the open. This was unbelievably unprofessional considering i never once looked for any confrontation. Ive been to this location many times before and the staff was nothing but help-full and friendly but today I had an experience so unnecessary rotten that i don't intend to return and until this matter is addressed i will advise everyone i know according.

On the 29th of October around 7 pm or so I visited this store for an interior cloth cleaner, an air freshener, and a turn signal bulb for my Volkswagen. Gentlemen, I believe his name was Matthew, fit 30-40 year old male, made sure I was beyond taken care of. Shared an excellent amount of product knowledge related to the interior cleaners. They seemed to be a little slow so he even helped me change my turn signal. I was beyond impressed. I can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. This dude belongs in the O’Reilly’s commercials or some type of corporate management position. Complete exemplification of company values & because of this man & this man only, I think I’ll never visit another auto parts store again unless it’s O’Reilly’s off Morrison.

Needed battery tested; I had a really bad experience. I went in to have my car hooked up to the computer to see what errors the car could be throwing and the customer service representative did not even take the time to speak with me. He was trying to run away when my friend and I were asking questions. It felt as if he did not want to assist to explain anything. I will NEVER go back there.

Needed battery tested; employee couldnt be bothered with me. He was rude but whatever right. He ran the test and said a bunch of lights came up and it could be anything, maybe wiring or something and walked away. I stopped him and I tried to ask a couple questions and he was immediately dismissive and kept walking away every time I tried to say something. I went to get a second opinion from a much more attentive employee at Autozone; not only were they able to give an exact diagnosis through both tests but gave me the entirety of the solid 5 minutes of their time that O'Reilly clearly couldn't be bothered with. Fully noted* that autozone proves time and time again why people prefer them. Going there tomorrow for a simple battery change
