They had a large amount of fish and everything you need you for fish, reptiles, birds, mice, cats ,dogs etc. They also have a large assortment of stuff for the reptiles which is good cause we hardly find reptile stuff any where. The birds are cute they was playing and hanging upside down

Vampire crabs are the popular pet of the moment. I have kept them myself. Petsmart is trying to capitalize on this popularity in the worst way possible and as they always do. The set up they have them kept in is cruel. They are NOT aquatic crabs. They are semi aquatic and can more often be found burrowing. They take dips in the water. A little platform that they probably can’t even get to being their only refuge is wrong. They require specific conditions for humidity, temperature, and soil. Please fix this. At least at a bare minimum give them a coconut soil terrarium with water to soak in. And that is the BARE MINIMUM. You can do for these poor things.

Carrie is absolutely a sweetheart! Was panicking trying to figure out how to fill a pet med (ran into a situation with shipping from my normal pet pharmacy) and she took the time to talk to me and help me find a vet who could get the scrip filled for me. Honestly the store is great and clean, plus the prices are better than most pet stores but employees like Carrie and the other wonderful staff there (everyone there is always so awesome about helping) are the real reason I shop there.

I highly recommend don't buy superworms from this location out of 50 4 was alive. Instead of taking them off the shelf they still selling them half price is not considered a discount 4 worms really.

I took my puppy there for grooming. He had been there twice before. This time it was a holiday, and We got a call shortly after dropping him off, that he was freaking out and couldn't get his haircut. They bathed him , trimmed his nails,eyes. What they didn't tell us was they had hurt him, and I mean hurt him. He had razor burn so bad on his testicle he has been suffering for three days now. They paid first vet bill. We are taking him back in the morning, he is in agony. None of us has had any rest and he's going back to vet in the morning. I wouldn't take my pet there for grooming, My little baby is 6 months a baby, not even 6 pounds and he is screaming in pain, can't rest won't eat, It's ben an absolute nightmare.

took my dog here for the second time as it is convenient to my house. I wasn't happy with the service the first time, but i mistakenly gave them a second chance. the dog washer was rude to both me and my dog. she didn't completely dry him saying he didn't like the dryer. I'm sorry this your job don't make excuses. my dog doesn't like loud noises, he is very gentle and would never bite. I feel like I paid for a half assed job and rude service we will never go back here again this was done Nov 25, 2024

I went to get two parakeets. The employee told me I had to be 18. I told her that I was. She said I needed an id. I spent 20 minutes looking for a picture of my id because I didn’t have it on me. She knew I was looking for it. When I finally went over to her again with the picture, she told me I had to have an id in person. It was ridiculous.

After a not so great experience at petco with the clipping of my daughter's puppy's nails, I decided to try petsmart hoping for the outcome I originally planned. We entered this location and walked to the back where grooming takes place. We were greeted by one of the groomers(Harleigh), whom instantly acknowledged us and showed a lot of attention to the puppy. We told her about the horrible experience at petco, while she exemplified great customer service, by being patient with our shy puppy, and giving us helpful suggestions. We only took advantage of his nails being trimmed, but it's without a doubt that he'll be brought back for all other services needed. I highly recommend anyone wanting to bring their pet for any services offered by petsmart, to see if Harleigh is available. But, be cautious, because your pet might like her so much that they may want to stay with her. Lol. Thanks again for all you did!
