If I could give them Zero stars, I would. Terrible service and made me wait for around an hour, when they finally got to me she was doing my nails while simultaneously touching someone else's feet. That is definitely an unhygienic protocol. She was taking turns between both customers. Save your money and time!

Ended up paying $75 dollars for a basic pedicure which is $35 because no one said chrome or a slight line of color is extra per toe. And it's messy, will never take my business there again

Walked in for the first time to get a pedicure and they were able to sit me down immediately even though it was pretty busy. They did a great job with my full set.

I got to give it to them, my nails did come out good, (besides paying extra for coffin shape nails that are far from coffin shape, more of just square) but the reason I only give this place two stars is because of the bad bad attitude the guy who did my nails had. Huffing and puffing, being extremely passive aggressive, very hostile, acting like I could read his mind on how he wanted me to turn my hand, tossing and slamming things, just all around really disrespectful. I really hope that he was just having a bad day like all of us sometimes have, because I’d feel really sorry for all the girls blindsided and having to go through that.Services: Nail painting

I love this place! Today was my second time there and this is definitely my spot! I’ve tried several other places around Hammond and was less then impressed. This was the only place that made me feel like they wanted to take me and was happy to accept my business. Good upbeat music playing, and a friendly atmosphere. The young lady was very meticulous copying the photo I wanted and I appreciated her time. She was very talented. Thank you so much for the great experience!

I love Cindy. She has been doing my nails and toes for years. I have known her for over 10 years. And her work has only gotten better over the years. She is very professional. There is never a time I have walked in there and she didnt greet me by name.She is always smiling. She is engages with her clients and their children. She is more than a nail tech( owner), she is family. She is patient with my kids ( lol) and others. Very helpful. She is consistent. She even sends me reminders, which I need often. She is the very best!! If you haven’t been to pronails you are missing out. If you are looking for a nice calm environment and great nails. This is the place!!!
