Omg!!! I’ve been with these digisting company on university for over a year & the rodent’s piss, poo, & EAT through allll of your belongings. It has gotten so bad to the point where the ceiling is leaking. All of my items are water damaged. I value my things because I pay good money for my belongings. I filed a claim (yes, I had insurance) almost 2 months ago & still no updates. No urgency, no care, How unprofessional. If you value your respect & your belongings, I would say choose somewhere that actually GAF.

Today I called the storage facility to get a quote on storage units and talk about how much stuff I have to see if it can fit. I was talking to this wonderful employee named Tee upon talking to her, she was very enthusiastic when answering all my questions. She made me feel at peace because I’ve had a lot of bad experiences dealing with storage units.

Went to get a unit because we are moving and I was very impressed with the customer service I received today. The property manager Mr. Wright made me feel like I've been a customer for years . Thank you Mr.wright and your team for helping me and my family.

Rats and leaky units galore. We had our unit take on water before, with nothing done about it. Now everything is covered in excreted rat matter and chewed to hell. New management doesn't mean anything except cutting spending, per usual. Good to know we pay monthly to have our belongings slowly destroyed.

I'm sorry to say I have an ugly experience, mice droppings on my tots , the unit j35 was very dirty and smells awful i had to clean it beforei could store my things, lizards 🦎 where on my belongings,it was disappointing to say the least, but I had not choice at that time. 😢

Do not do business with them! Their storage units are infested with rats. Expect your furniture/boxes to be covered in rat droppings. Boxes were chewed into as well. Carts are never available for use, as in they are nowhere to be found. The facility basically runs itself and customer service is basically nonexistent. They don’t care. Look elsewhere for your storage needs if you value your belongings.

Amazing company to work with on storage auctions. They are understanding and allow extra time if needed to empty and clean out the unit. I have dealt with other storage places and they are nowhere close to the amazing auction team at Red Dot. Big thank you to Red Dot storage

Love the easy online service, the facilities is clean, but I do hate there was no carts to use for all the multiple things we had to move! Other than that no complaints!

The facility is rundown. I paid for a climate controlled unit and AC is our area wasn't working. Reported it 3Xs and nothing was done. No person at the facility to talk to.
